Poor customer service and they botched the print application on our shirts. It looks like they have a good selection but they don’t actually have many prints available for use. This is the worst souvenir shop on the island.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I’d give it zero stars if I could. After being out in the sun it took me awhile to realize that the cashier ripped me off $40. I’m Livid. Scandalous.

Lady has a decent scam running at the register. She’ll over charge you $30ish and hope you don’t notice. I happened to know I had 9 items, I’m weird about 3 and it’s derivatives. Receipt had 12 items. I stopped, counted & compared and got my $30 back. She apologized. I was suspicious. Needed towels and they have towels for $2 so I went back. Walked in and another customer was asking how she had extra charges on her receipt. SMH. Mal Creada.

Staff is rude and they over charge you on stuff you didn’t get. Check your receipt. They love scamming you in things. The island has 16 other T Shirt shops just don’t go to this one.

Staff is rude, everything is overpriced, sale signs on building are not correct. Shop somewhere else

Overly priced bathing suits.bought a shirt the print peeled off after the first wash.never shopping here again.

Lady that works there stuck up and ignores customers. Trying to talk to her and she continued to talk to co worker. So ftp we left.

Horrible service, stood at the counter while literally stared at me and continued to fold shirts instead of cash us out. Well over 10 min.

The owner was very friendly and willing to help. He took the time to have a conversation with us and made some must do island fun recommendations

Worst customer service in all of South Padre! A group of us walked into this store that was empty of any customers. Not one employee got up, greated us, or attempted to serve us. Not only that, but there are numerous Confederate flags. In all of our travels throughout the country and world, this is by far the worse! PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT ESTABLISHMENTS LIKE THIS!

They say all sells are final on swimsuit but they won’t let you try anything on, not even clothes! Then when we are walking around picking out things the lady turned the lights out on me! It was 7: 45pm! I have never been somewhere where they literally turn the lights out on you cause they want to go home.

Bathing suits overly priced. But needed one, and decided to buy an umbrella, ended up not using it tried to take it back the next day to at least get my money back, and they refused. No where on the store does it say no refunds. Wasted $40, and the lady was rude.

They were nice.let us use bathroom.bought a few things.but couldn't really look at everything.it was too HOT.and music was too loud.

We buy SPI t-shirts here while on vacation. Good prices and the only place around here that carried some quality (not paper thin) t-shirts. The lady who ironed on our chosen iron on was very nice. A restroom for customers as well.

We picked out a hoodie, extra soft t-shirt & basic kids’ shirt to all have images ironed on. They turned out beautifully! They had a public bathroom too which other stores didn’t. It was our favorite compared to two similar stores. The staff was fine.

This is the worst service ever we paid for a rental golf cart for 1 hour for $25 but the manager said it was 30min for $25 booooooooooo!
