Those folks over there actually doesnt deserve any dang on "Stars" from me or no one else. The customer service is very bad they dont appreciate normal human beings
Paying high prices on a bad side of town its the low come section 8 area why would thsy charge you $60 a day and then rushes you out like you getting on they nerves are you didnt just pay them $60. Doesn't wash they comforters, its kinda a descent hotel l guess just with ugly nasty disrespectful tenants are owners whatever they should be and when i say nasty and ugly im referring to they're attitude and customer service I dont understand those people there at the Palace Inn dosnt get any stars from me there not customer friendly at all either so rude they act like they doing you a favor and sitting there charging $60 a day no love at all they show no pitty oh I forgot at 10: 56 you gotta go too lmao naw fr tho those people need to sale that place to some better with a sense of humor and understanding and for the people not trying to charge you damn near $100 in the ghetto and a poverty neighborhood so so sad.
HOUSEKEEPING WAS VERY POOR AND SOMEONE ENTERED OUR ROOM AS WE WERE GETTING DRESSED AT CHECKOUT TIME.
Rooms are a little beat up but it's a hood hotel so deal with it. Clean rooms, quiet. Great place to take your side chick.
Worst Place Ever! INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! Literally Would MARK IT 0 STARS IF I COULD. My Family & I were Covered In Bites! Horrible!
I checked in for an hour just to take a shower the "owner" starts calling and beating on the door like he was the police after 50 minutes. A$$ holes like him will never have good customer retention. I wIll never ever stay in that moldy crusty ass rooms again
