Palace Nails Salon, Frisco TX

Got a classic pedicure and 15 minute neck and shoulder massage. I felt like butter afterwards, both were great!

Came in today to get a few nails fixed from my dip set that I got last week. Lucy ended up redoing all of my nails with tons of attention to detail. All that, and it was for free! This is now one of the best sets I’ve gotten! Everyone was really nice too.

Great experience, Nene did such a good job, 10/10 would recommend! Can’t wait for my next visit!

The woman that helped it my nails was very rude, she cut my skin and didn’t even apologize and even though I paid the extra for a manicure, she did not massage my hands and also did not even put the cuticle oil near my nails (lazily put dots near the middle of my fingers). My skin around my nails are very dry and peeling now. Everyone else was very kind which is why I didn’t want to give just 1 star

So I got a pedicure which was good, but my full set was terrible. My nails are crooked, painted terribly and already lifting. They don’t provide a refund and I just don’t trust anyone from there to touch my nails ever smh

Lovely salon! Very spacious and doesn't feel so cramped like quite a few other places. Pricing is reasonable, I feel I definitely got what I paid for! Good communication between us and everyone there!

First time and my last time here. Took about 25 min to be serviced. Got the signature pedicure then was charged and extra $7 for basic French tips. Not a lot of attention to detail, water was tepid and massages weren’t good. Decided to try a new salon, unfortunately this wasn’t my favorite.

Phew. Terrible experience. They said I could pick whatever color I wanted for my nails and then they could match it. I picked a color for my hands and then they did my toes first. After over an hour they started my hands and it’s at that time we realized it was not the same color and they tried to gaslight me into changing the color for my hands to the color on my toes and telling me it was so so pretty and looks better than the one I picked originally.

I did not want the other color they picked. I kept asking her while she was doing it if it was going to match the color I originally picked because that color was important.

She was incredibly annoyed but she did redo it. Because the second lady didn’t start my nails until after over an hour while my toes were being the whole ordeal took almost 3 HOURS.

It was insane. ON TOP OF THAT they got nail polish on one of my favorite dresses

It gets crazier, because the appointment went so long they started hosting a bible study inside the salon while I’m still sitting in their chair still getting services done.

It’s was so awkward. Feedback for the salon, you should make sure your nail polish and dip is accurately labeled so you know which polish goes with which dip powder

Came here as a walk in. We were seen right away, the staff were so sweet and friendly, prices were great, and it was very pretty inside! This nail salon is not the closest to where we we live, but we will definitely be making the drive to come here instead!

My handicapped daughter in law an I visited Palace Nails on Saturday morning 4-8-23 for pedicures and a manicure for her. A few years ago she suffered a severe brain injury from a car accident and after 509 days in the hospital we like to occasionally like to get out and treat her to a "spa day". She walks slowly, sometimes with assistance, her left hand is difficult to open, her left leg and foot shake, she has slow speech and has a hard time making a decision on what color she wants on her nails. We have been to several nail places who honestly just want to rush us in and out, want the next dollar and expect a large tip. Palace Nails spent time with both of us. They actually talked to us one on one and not just to each other in a language we couldn't understand. They took the time to let her straighten out her fingers and get her foot to stop shaking. They helped her in and out of the chair. They offered her a drink. They actually talked to her instead of talking over her to me and acting as if she didn't even exist. We appreciated it! We passed many many nail places to get to Palace Nails from our 30 minute drive from Carrollton, however, a friend insisted on going to Palace Nails and I understand why. Thank you. We will be back!

The owners of this salon drove out of their way to come open the salon on Presidents’ Day just for me. (they were closed) I had lost my engagement ring the prior day and noticed it off my finger when I got home. Nobody’s fault. It just came off my finger. I had been other places that day but the salon was one place to check! The owners swept the entire floor while I looked in every crook and cranny. They were Angels with all their help! Unfortunately we did not find the ring, but I did find that there are still people with pure hearts who go the extra mile for strangers and customers! Thank you so very very much! The Parson Family.

Suki and Kelvin out did themselves! Got my NYE nails done by Suki and she did a great job. Kelvin has magic hands I swear! Phenomenal pedicure!

Palace Nails has an extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly staff. We had 2 adult and 1 kids manicure and all 3 turned out beautifully. We didn’t feel rushed or that we were just a number. This is THE place to go. Not only good at their craft but so kind as well.

They are so disrespectful and rude, I do live 1mint away but never coming back again! The worst nail salon service ever.

The staff is always attentive and professional. My boyfriend and I are always pampered here. Would recommend
