Palace Social, Houston TX

We had a large group of several families eat there for dinner. We were not told they couldn’t split the check when we made the reservation or before we started ordering drinks. It was only told to us when after our kids started ordering. Drink were mixed up. Could never get a refill. My food I asked if I could substitute my fries for Mac and cheese was told I could when actually I was charged the price of my food plus the $7 for the Mac and cheese which is the price of it. Don’t tell me I can substitute and then charge me the price of it had I ordered it by its self. So technically they owe me fries. The food isn’t very good. Had extra things on our bill and when asking questions about our bill the water started to get an attitude and telling us he didn’t know. I do NOT recommend.

Great place for a family afternoon or evening of fun. You can eat, drink, bowl, play video game, play virtual sports and more. Something for everyone under one roof in a safe setting.

Best place to celebrate birthday or if you want to have small party. They have bowling, tennis etc.that keeps guests entertained and busy. Very good service and food is yummy!

The food was delicious. The waitress was one of the worst EVER. She was slow, and didn't have a sense of urgency.
I waited 20 minutes for our check, and she only had 2 other tables.

Great time and a great concept for an entertainment venue. Arthur the VR attendant was amazing.

Eli the server was great he was patient and made sure our party of 8 had everything we needed to have a good time.

Atmosphere was great but management not so good! My family and I went to Palace Social for a game of bowling. We had approximately 3 rolls left when our game shut down at 9: 35. The business closes at 10pm. We were really excited and wanted to finish or extend our game however the registers were already closed down at 9: 40pm.

Customer service good! Bartender was great at suggesting drinks bowling was really fun. Food good. Over all a good spot for friends, family or date

This place is amazing!

On December 9th our small company held our annual Christmas party here. We normally have a sit-down, dressed-up company dinner party, but we decided to have a fun and relaxed time this year. I am sure glad we picked this place! The Event Coordinator Rebekah Henson was such a pleasure to work with, she handled everything leading up to our event with urgency, and accuracy. She made my job so much easier.

Fast-forward to the day of our event. Upon walking in I was taken away by the decor, the facility was immaculate, squeaky clean, and had a good feel to it. Do you know when you walk into a place and just know you will have a good time? Well, that's how I felt. Everything was perfect and there were plenty of waiters and staff handling our party to where there was no one without a drink or food they desired. I would like to mention that every last wait staff we had attending our party was authentically polite. Each one of them made sure to dance and laugh with us in between bringing drinks, and food, or just checking in with a smile. (whoever hired these guys, KUDOS!)

First, we started with bowling. I needed to extend our bowling time and was allowed to do so even though it was a strain for the site. I talked to the manager on duty, and she kindly worked with me to ensure that since we loved bowling so much, we could extend our time. We then moved on to our private karaoke room. The staff moved our food to our room so that way we could just stroll there without a care in the world. The karaoke room was nice and had an open setup.

Oh! I must have tried 5 or 6 different food items) and everything was tasty! The serving sizes for every item served were immense, and many of us had doggy bags on the way out.

We enjoyed every second of our annual Christmas party, and that was made possible because of the team at Palace Social.

I was so impressed I came back two days later with my family to enjoy time here with my little one. He enjoyed himself greatly also and called it his new favorite place. We stayed in the game area which had tons of cool games. I'm a stickler for cleanliness even the restrooms were impressive.lol

I will be a repeat customer of this location! Palace Social was the BEST experience thus far!

On a Wednesday not packed at all! Good food.huge plates taste good! Bowling atmosphere awesome! Nice decent place to have a good time!

Seemed weird that no one was at the front door to greet us. Has to walk half way through to o bowling stand witch was confusing. But overall nice facility and experience

We took our 7 yr old and 5 yr olds bowling. Such fun! Love the retro vibe. We went on a Thursday right when they opened at 3 and had no problem getting a lane. The arcade was a hit as well. Fun for a family day, but I’d come here on a date night too! We will be back!

Got there for a bowling reservation and were told that there was something wrong and we had to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we were told to wait another hour. Rude staff horrible food. Overpriced arcade games

Had an absolute blast on my visit. The manager was very accommodating and promptly addressed the concerns of my guests. The lemon lime wings were delicious and we had so much fun bowling and riding the virtual roller-coaster. My friends and I will definitely be back soon for another night of and.

Great “Houston Hidden Gem” for families, date night, or group functions to hang out, eat great food, and bowl, there’s a gaming area for kids of all ages. They have interactive games like golf, a bar, sweets station, and Instagram-worthy spots for pics. There are seating areas and big screens, did I say the food was good?

I really enjoyed our event here. Everyone was so attentive and made sure we had what we needed at all times. Shout out to Kia, Jay, and Ca'nya- you ladies rocked it out! Also, Erin went over and beyond with working with me to plan this event. She made it easy and was very thorough with everything. Over all, fantastic place with great people. Thank you!
