Palacio Royale Inn Boutique, Katy TX

Perfect location. Beautiful rooms, nice television, bathroom mirror, and coffee maker, my favorite by far. Worth every penny. I wish the beds were bigger and softer with extra blankets but had a great stay.

Literally my favorite place to stay in Katy! Property (including outside grounds) is VERY well taken care of, spacious & extremely clean. Staff is friendly and courteous and the manager is a very sweet gentleman. Prices are fair & worth every penny - you definitely get what you pay for! I will ALWAYS stay here when visiting this side of town!

Very nice stay until I was no longer going to be charged Booking. Com fee. Took reservation but added 20 dollars more with no valid reason. Got this corrected and was no longer able to stay there on my next trip

I used my credit card to pay for a week last November. The hotel kept my card information to make 4 charges March 17.
First they charged 250 they saw it went through and made 2 more charges of 150 and a 4 of 100. A total of 650. They committed a fraud. It's on dispu9. Be careful. The charges were made 5 months later

All rooms open to the outside. I checked in, went to my room and the smell of cigarette smoke in the open air hallway was so overwhelming, it made me nauseous. The room was a bit better, but the smell from the hall was still seeping into the room. I have respiratory issues, so I could not stay in that room. I spoke to the front desk (and the owner via phone). They offered another room on the same floor. It was still the same problem, so I left. The owner told me to initiate the refund request through the booking company, but denied refund when they contacted him because he told them I had not given a chance for them to correct. I gave the property a chance to correct, but it was so bad, there was really nothing they could do about it. In fact, the guy at the front desk kept shrugging his shoulders to say, there was nothing further he could do. If you love secondhand smoke, this is definitely the motel for you.terrible!

Must read about the truth on this property I normally make my reviews short but they had so many screw ups to where there was no way to shorting it. The disrespect from the upper managment was intolerable. I was charged 2 times for the same night several times.stayed here numerous of times. The front desk clerk Regina was super sweet and did everything to make our stay comfortable needless to say there was no way to do that when you are treated like trash, room had bugs that bite then was moved to there sister property at 2am and was ask to collect a sample of the bug that we were claimingto be an issue. As if we brought them, not to mention; the bugs were there in abundance prior to our arrival. Then in return of us having to do all this was told that we could not bring our things into the hotel and had to pack everything in our car potentially bring the infestation there. Now, you would think there would be some compensation, or at least a simple apology. Unfortunately, the outcome was quite the opposite; the onsite Manager of the property was so inconsiderate and extremely rude by coming and telling us it was time to checkout, my boyfriend just asked a question on the bug issue she immediately went into defense mode. Yelling and screaming saying we needed to get out her hotel rolling her eyes snapping her fingers im guessing to intimidate us. Her unprofessional actions she choose to display was one of the worst by far. Not dropping this issue next step will be talking to the Better Business Bureau because no one should be treated like this. Words of advise"FIND ANOTHER HOTEL TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR NEEDS"

I couldnt understand anything the guy says, and he wouldn't let me stay any extra nights when I requested. But it does it's job.

Very clean rooms, security lighting and security on site. The parking was convenient. The staff was very nice. I’d definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, has split buildings breakfast is on the rear / second building. Basic egg, sausage, biscuit, cereal hotel breakfast. Clean sheets and towels. This is not luxury hotel but is very nice! The beds are not as comfortable or thicc as a 100$ night but the price isn't 100$ a night either. Quiet even being close to the freeway. Kinda unnoticeable until you get close to passing it. Staff was nice.
Bright lighting, tv, microwave, mini fridge. 18+ power outlets 110v washer and dryer are located outside next to ice and vending.

Very good price for the location. Food delivery services (pizza grubhub postmates uber eats favor etc.)

My only complaint is that if you need fast internet wifi or cellular data from Building 1.maybe the whole property? It was not fast nor consistent. Wifi get up to about 7mbps down but after about 10mins completely drops you have to disconnect then reconnect. No 5G and LTE single and multi connection inside the room was dead slow.

Excellent hotel, the beds, by far the best in our 2 week cross country vacation, affordable and wonderful service.

Looks nice, and friendly staff but the beds were super uncomfortable and the sheets were too thin, I was cold even with the blankets they provided.

Only nice things this place has to offer is nice rooms and lower prices. Other than that the staff is rude and judgemental. They have too many rules. You don't feel like you're staying at a hotel but more like you're at a rehab were you cant have visitors. The lady at night is cool and pretty understanding but the mangers and owners are awful.

Very clean, very nice, loved the toothbrush and toothpaste also the floss. I'd go back there. The price was decent.

Very nice and helpful staff. Regina was very helpful with my reservation. There was an error in the third party booking and Regina happily and generously assisted us and made our stay a very pleasant experience.

Everything new here, Floor, elevator, furniture etc. Very clean room.

Regina at reception was super nice! She prepared our room keys in advance and even got a couple of roller mattress out for our travel party to accommodate some extra people. Thanks Regina!

The place is good, rooms are clean and comfortable. I would install another mirror for ladies confort, and where to hang the towel near the shower. Breakfast is good. Thanks for the good room's service and housekeeping.

Hotel was great, room was clean as well as the lobby. Staff went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Will keep coming back.

Clean rooms, nice price, staff is extremely helpful but not so great on english. Don't really get spanish either. We had a nice stay in a nice room, at a nice price!
