Not to bad but the Wi-Fi sucks and the owner is actually a IT engineer you would think Purvi Patel would have the best Wi-Fi in town, Where’s Waldo? No wheres Purvi Patel? I’ve stayed in 100s of hotels and no matter what soon as you see Indian owners you will soon see how they cut corners for instance the Wi-Fi is horrible and you can’t find a piece of meat in any of there breakfast, they always cut corners no matter what and they are buying the majority of hotels, I call corporate I urge you all to do the same

I've never been so disgusting by an establishment! I took my dog out at 11pm, forgot the room key, and of course didn't have my car keys. Literally, I sat in the lobby until another guest was kind enough to let me sleep on the couch in their room. These sorry excuse of management never answered the after hours phone. You'd be better off sleeping in you car.

Breakfast is complimentary so if there is any reason they cannot provide you breakfast there will be no breakfast served with no compensation. The price you pay is room only, breakfast is a maybe situation.

Underrated I love that they cater to your pets, it's too rare! The rooms are clean and price was very reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed into in a while and the worst hotel breakfast that I turned down

The smell of dog is immediate, you step into the hotel and odor is very strong. If you want housekeeping service you have to request it the day before, if you want clean towels you have to swap them at front desk. Needless to say, we won't be staying there again.

Excellent price, quality and service, spacious and clean rooms with super comfortable beds and pillows, the bathroom was perfect and had a bathtub, the only small detail I saw was that the water pressure was not so great in the shower, but otherwise it is somewhat excellent, far superior to most higher priced hotels

Had a blast in Katy this hotel is totally family-oriented inn pet-friendly had you ever the room is big and beds are big and bring your own pillow I'm used to a down pillow so their pillows hurt my head but other than that had a luxurious

Not sure how this place has good reviews. The breakfast was orange juice that tasted like water with waffles. NOTHING ELSE! During the night the hallway looked like a club. So loud and smelling like a club. Think twice before going to this place!

What a beautiful place, I highly recommend it, it's only our first week and we will surely return. It is very nice and comfortable and the room has a great space

We really enjoyed our stay here. This place has the best pet policy I've ever come across at a hotel. They even have a nice little dog park! The breakfast was good and fresh and the rooms were clean.

Courteous staff. Funny, a beautiful cat also welcomed me, followed me to the room door. My room was instantly changed with apology because the TV was not working. Kudos.

I believe in receiving quality service and value for my money so, believe me when I say that is exactly what I got out of my stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly in spite of some language barriers between housekeeping and guests. And, I cannot forget to mention Ms. Brenda who worked the front counter. As soon as she and I began to engage in conversation, I knew I had picked the right place. She was absolutely amazing and helped wherever needed. I can tell she appreciates her job. There is no doubt I will be staying there again.

I loved the good attention from all the employees, the room was very clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
