Paladium Hair Salon, Pasadena TX

I was looking for a quick haircut. I saw this place had a single car so I stopped. I saw a person sitting in the chair. I sat and waited in the seating area for 20 mins. Then another person walked in and sat for around 5 mins. The person getting a haircut was done and walked out. Where I have an issue is how the stylist handled the situation. She called the next guy by name and proceeded to start his haircut. She didn't acknowledge me at all. Maybe he had an appointment and I would understand but she failed to tell me anything. I might as well have been invisible. She didn't ask for the next person. She just COMPLETELY IGNORED me. Fortunately, there are dozens of places to get a haircut. The lack of professionalism demonstrated by the stylist is what failed here and I will never go back. Not even for a free haircut.
