The most beautiful nail salon I have ever been in in my entire life. They had an entire ROOM full of nail colors! So much selection. The space was glamorous & clean. My nail tech did a meticulous job, she didn’t rush. This is by far the best pedicure I have ever had in my entire life. The #1 nail salon in all of Houston

Everyone is very nice and professional. However the work is mediocre at best. The last 2 dip manicures I got started chipping and breaking after LESS THAN A WEEK. It's very annoying considering this manicure costs $50. If you need services fast this place is fine because it's huge and they have lots of employees.

I had a wonderful pedicure with Vy. It had been a while since my last pedicure, Vy put in some extra time to get my feet back in summer shape. I would definitely recommend.

I really like this nail salon as they are reliable, kind, and the inside atmosphere is always clean and relaxing. The only thing I hate is when I want a simple mani/pedi and they’re overly pushy trying to make me to get shellac, gel, acrylics, a wax,
or whatever else to make more money. That’s always annoying and I’ve had that done way worse at other places, here they’re not too bad about it.

Pricing was cool for the area, but the service wasn’t equal from the pedicure, to the manicure.might go back

I previously rated this place 3 stars before their rebranding. I came back after I received a promotional coupon and this place has certainly changed.
Gigi is my go to for dip powder and Michelle is my go to for pedicures. They are amazing! I appreciate that there is a dedicated staff for cleaning and I always leave with great nails.

This nail salon is lovely. They do a very good job. The prices are reasonable. I’ve had a different person every time do my mani and pedi.

This used to be the place to go. I stopped going because they were damaging my nails by filing off my shellac mani visit after visit. One time I requested they use a cuticle pusher instead but the technician got "bothered" and ignored me. Will never go back.

I recently had a manicure and a pedicure done at Palazzo Nail Lounge. The pedicure was satisfactory. However, the manicure was unsatisfactory. My nail shape was incorrect. The nail polish applied to my nails turned out to be 4 shades lighter than what I had selected. The nail polish on the sample nail needs to be changed, or at the very least, people should be notified that a different color will be applied, which will result in a noticeable difference. At the checkout, the associate inquired if everything was satisfactory. I expressed my disappointment, but they proceeded to cash me out and attend to the next customer.

Typically, I am happy with visiting this salon. I'm there every few weeks and each time I am noticing a price increase, especially if I have a different nail tech from the person I typically use. When asking for clarification on a price for plain nails in comparison to a price I'd received a month prior on a set of nails that had a bit more going on, there was none provided. The person at the front desk that I spoke with was less than helpful, offering no explanation or assistance in understanding the price.
