Palazzo Nail Bar, San Antonio TX

First time visiting and was happy waited a little longer but it was busy due to Christmas but everyone was nice and was happy with the outcome of services.

I have to leave a one star but I prefer to leave a 0 starts …. Pay before you get services! And ask exactly what your getting…just myself hombre square tip nails and toes $130 (the wrong color nail polish was used at first so then she had to start over and then she hurt my toe using the tool to remove paint then repainted toes AGAIN with CORRECT color nail polish- that looked very old and clumpy… I’ll attach photos if I can. The big toe was clumpy and old charged me $20 extra for polish and missing toe nails polish on other small toe nails (needed second coating) on top of pedicure massage fee of $42 separate from charge.and then told me come back tommorrow to get it fixed, I had my daughter with me who got regular glitter polish and she was going back and forth with us at same time.which made it not so “relaxing “cause she should have dried hers right after first and then come to me but didn’t so we had to stay even longer for her to fix her nails as well and then when I explained I wanted refund for my toes she says the nail tech works off commission and only gave me back $26 for nail polish. …it was far from relaxing experience having them do my nails at same time as my toes, I couldn’t even enjoy the back massage cause he said don’t move while doing nails simultaneously. The drinks have no alcohol inside of them even though -Pina colada taste like coconut water (Just get a regular soda) very disappointed- we all work hard for our money!

My first time visiting I really love my pedicure and is excited for my appointment again on Friday to my nails! Thank you.

I love, love Palazzo nail bar! I hardly ever have to wait, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and my nails ALWAYS come out beautifully! But my FAVORITE thing about this place is they NEVER EVER pressure me to do something different! I do my nails the same way every time because I personally love it and they always do it, no questions, no pressuring to do a different color no asking why, they just do it and I love that! Also I used to get my nails done at another salon and they would start popping off within a few days! I thought maybe my nail beds were messed up or I was too rough with them. NOPE! I started coming here and my nails hardly ever pop off! Only time is when they grew out too long and needed to be filled but that’s it and I’ve been coming here almost a year! I LOVE this place!

I LOVE Misa and the excellent job she does with my mani/pedi.

I am always greeted with smiles. Everyone is so kind. Always very satisfied with everything I'm there for.

Being this was my first time here. I really enjoyed this place. I was very relaxed the nail tech was very gentle with my feet. Others are very rough and do not make it relaxing at all. I will definitely be back.

I highly recommend Palazzo. It’s very clean and they use high quality products. My gel manicures last so long! As well as dip! The manager Julie is the sweetest and really cares for her customers and staff. Jennifer, Mary and Tracy are all phenomenal. I’ve tried so many nail salons on potranco and Palazzo stands out by far. They treat you like royalty every time you come and they value your time. Their nail techs are also consistent and have been there years which speaks to the culture there.

One of my friends suggested this place and I’m very pleased that she did! My nails haven’t looked this professional in a long time! Great atmosphere with even greater service!

I have been coming to this nail salon for two years now. Always a pleasure and great service. Nail techs do a great job. They take the time to give you what you requested. I am aways happy with the service and quality of nail care I received.

I loved my nails, but place was dirty. Had to ask them to clean nail clippings off the cushion where my feet go. Also my husband had his nails clipped. Nail clippings went in the bath where you put your feet with the blue liner. When he left they did not change the liner and someone else sat there for their pedi.

Have been coming here since the very beginning, this place has always had consistently great customer service & quality.

The whole staff is always so friendly and nice. This place is always packed but because they provide quality service.

LOVE my pink shellac! They did such a great job and so relaxing! I felt very rejuvenated when I left.

I was looking for a new nail home and a friend recommended Misa and I am so glad she did. I have been coming for a few months and have never left disappointed. Misa is attentive and always checks to see if I’m happy with the results.

Love this place! Staff is so kind and absolutely amazing at everything they do from nail to pedis to waxing. This will always be my nail salon as long as I'm in San Antonio.
