This location is amazing! My fiancé and I stayed at the Drury for a night away. You talk about being the face of a business. Chris is what every employee should strive to be. Under times like these, it is so important to give grace and to treat people with kindness. I highly recommend Palio’s West!

Been coming here since 2010. The lunch specials are great value and also fantastic. The staff are always very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend visit this place for a lunch time pizza or pasta!

The pizza was great as was the atmosphere. However the service was slow, I don't think this was the staff's fault it was their machinery. They also only had one person ringing everyone up and there were quite a few people waiting in line, probably waited. 15 minutes to put my order in. My pizza tasted great however it was pretty oily.

Love their "real food" pizza!

We get an XL wholewheat crust (thin) Palios Veggie extra crispy. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

I had The King and it was delicious. The seating area can be a little tricky, so take that into consideration for the mobility impaired.

I ate a pizza and then I was happy. The next morning I was not happy. But I ate leftover Palios and I was again happy.

Great food, great environment, great staff. My family and I love coming here on weekends. The only thing i will say is that the last few times i’ve been in there, they seem really short staffed, girl upfront was taking walk in/phone orders, and helping out anywhere she could.the cooks were non stop making pizzas, and person on oven was non stop cutting pizzas and packing up food.i’ve never worked at a restaurant but i know for a fact that you can’t run a restaurant on a weekend with 3-4 people in the kitchen. It amazed me how even though they were getting bombarded with order after order they managed to get food out as quickly as they could, but i feel like they need more people.

I had the lunch special. A salad and a personal pizza with a drink. The salad was fresh and the pizza was great. Good amount of crust to sauce and toppings. I had the Buffalo Chicken obe and it was awesome!

By far one of my absolute favorite restaurants to eat at. Food was great and came out quickly. The young girl at the front was very polite, and friendly, and was also super helpful and made sure every detail was correct on my order. Love the environment and how well the staff gets along and works together.keep up the good work guys!

Had small calzone was excellent. Very good service.ordered on line put in comments asking if could Be brought to handicap spot due to difficulties getting around and they did.

Fresh ingredients, light pizza and courteous staff. Gets a 5 with tables that are not sticky. Saw some customers also moving due to sticky tables.

Pizza crust is VERY thin and crunchy. If that's your thing, you'll like it. The overall ambience of this place is rather despondent.

I really don't understand how this "pizza" joint is still in business. Blows my mind that they have multiple locations. Maybe if the price was chopped in half for the cracker crust and no toppings and barely cheese, I could see. Just amazed how places like Flippin pizza can open but then close, which had very good pizza and places like this where the pizza is a joke stay open. The only reason I ever get "cracker pizza" here is when I have a gift card, and I wait months to use it.
