The place is in need of a desperate change in management The manager gets involved with town gossip about her tenants and tells others her tenants personal information. Least but not last there are so many people there doing drugs even the managers friends son who lives there but he gets to stay while others are evicted or others can't renew their lease little town politics at its finest.
