Palm Beach Tan, Fort Worth TX

Super quick, the facility was clean and the young girl working was very informative and nice. She walked me through the whole process since this was my first time here.

The staff here is friendly and attentive and keep you informed of any specials or sales and great at recommending what bed you should use that time! Hate that I’m moving away and there isn’t one close to me anymore.

I went to get the phone number and I was reading the reviews and thinking yup, absolutely, right! This place is my favorite place to go and relax. Nick. Renada, Ashley all the staff go way beyond above and beyond to meet the customers needs, pleasant and friendly atmosphere always smells great and is always clean ALWAYS CLEAN! They all have detailed product knowledge on the tanning products offered! Great place! I could go on & on ️

I’ve had a memebership for over 5 yrs. I moved to the west 7th area 3 yrs ago thinking the salon was convenient. Been in there 4 times this month and each time can’t tan cause either have to wait in a line for more than 5 min, bed not ready, one person working, no parking. Only time I did tan had to pay 10 dollars extra beside my memebership fee just to tan. Now I’m having to tan after working trying to find a palm beach near me or on my way home. It’s just sad the way the place is ran. I never had these issues at any other palm beach. Just crazy it doesn’t make sense.

Renada and Nick are AMAZING. Their customer service is just so great every time. They always answer my hundreds of questions and remember the small things. Thank you!

I’m going to give Palm Beach another try because it is close and convenient. I’ve waited almost 2 years after frustration at the Ridgmar location. I was promised a refund repeatedly for mistakes they made but it never happened. Hope this is better location.

This is the best location in fort worth hands down! The staff are more knowledgeable here vs others.

I love this location! The rooms are always clean and the employees are friendly. Shout out to Nick for being the nicest human on the planet. He answers all of my questions, and takes the time to make sure I understand the product/services I purchase. Thank you to nick and the rest of the PBT team!

Came back off a longer break than I wanted. Staff had me back in no time and tanning. Thanks to all on 7th.

The manager Nick was super friendly and nice! I went in for a spray tan and the room smelt so good. Definitely recommend this location:)
