Had the pleasure of working with Austin today. After a month of shopping around and multiple sales consultants he was able to provide us a home to our standards under our budget. Great experience. Highly recommended.

After having a bad experience at the Titan lot across the street, I came here just begging for someone to help me find what I am looking for. Jorge came to my rescue and was amazingly helpful! He showed me homes in my budget and explained the differences between each of them. He also did this after hours! I didn’t realize they were closing and he was still offering to help me; I couldn’t believe it. We haven’t picked a house yet, but we will be back to look some more because their customer service is definitely top notch.

I was a nervous wreck going inm. I am a first time buyer and I am 50 years old. I've always been told I couldn't get my own home. I took a leap of FAITH and spook WITH CRUZ by text. He told me to come in a just check it out. So I go in and I already said to myself this is just a waste of time. Cruz was very down to earth being nothing but honest and straight with me. Me I was crying cuz I was not wanting to be embarrassed of him telling NO YOU DON'T Qualify. But he turned it around and was making laugh. He explained everything and broke it dwn forvme. Sorry long story short I left with a smile on my face and I slept good dreaming about my future in the beautiful home and land thank you Cruz GOD BLESS YOU

The staff at Palm Harbor were welcoming, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend visiting Palm Harbor for your next housing purchase. They were very knowledgeable.

Warning! Rudest, most condescending staff and sales manager. If you have the displeasure of visiting this location, be prepared to be held hostage as they talk down to you and suffer at the hands of their sales pitch, at the end of it, at least you don’t get to see anything as you leave in frustration. I have never seen a place work harder to turn my money and my business away. I will happily go buy the two houses I was prepared to get elsewhere.

When you go see them, you've gotta see Nikki Harrison, shes amazing. She actually cares about helping you reach your goal not just making a sale like a lot of salespeople. She's also very knowledgeable about credit and how to improve it. I highly recommend her!

I had a AMAZING individual named Nikki Harrison that helped me. She walked me through some of the models that Palm Harbor had. Nikki had so much knowledge about every home and what it comes with and upgrades I can choose from. She treated me with much respect and made me feel incredibly valued. The customer service I received from Nikki Harrison was OUTSTANDING!

If you don't want your credit ran they don't even want to show you their homes. Well your credit number drops if you let everyone run it.

My girlfriend came there the other day and the salesman (wish i remembered his name but i have his card so that's all that matters) was really nice and really helped us. I'll update this review when we buy a home but so far the experience has been absolutely wonderful.

I came in last week after looking on their website and I wanted to see the homes in person. When I got to the location I was instantly greeted by a gentleman named Shawn Campbell. Shawn displayed a positive attitude and got to know me and to understand what I was looking for in a home and then showed me some beautiful homes. I recommend anyone who is looking for a home to go to Shawn Campbell. He will find you the home of your dreams!

Greg, took the time to show us the house even though it was 15 minutes before closing. He has gone out of his way to make this process as easy as possible. Greg was even willing to take the color samples into the house and show us where the colors and materials would be used late on a Friday afternoon. He never made us feel rushed and answered all of our questions.

Great attention Kevin stay late to get the paperwork done very professional but also I want to mention Frank who was the one that really engaged me to the modular home thing!

Best service ever. Greg Korynta not only explained everything in detail plus was so professional in every aspect of trying to get you in to your home of your dream.
