I have lived here at Palmhouse for 4 years now and it is a great place to live. And the review that was posted by the lady calling herself Day reader her statements about drug activity and bad management was a a total asinine statement. The one light in question is now working which was a problem for Oncor not the complex also there is no drug traffic in this complex that is the most horrendous fabricated statement I have ever heard. You know as for me being in the law enforcement area I would know if there was such a activity going on here. As far as the rest of the statements they have no bearing to the issue that was at hand. Again as I say that review was the most horrendous asinine statement that one person could ever make up. So for any future prospects looking for a nice place to live I would highly recommend palmhouse Senior Living. And this place is well lit it's safe and the crime rate is is very low for this area.

My grandmother has lived here for two years and she loves it, never has an issue with questions being answered and things getting fixed in a timely manner. She’s extremely in love with the Hispanic young lady there. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name. Starts with an S I think. But yeah. You all keep up the good work.

Nice over 55 Apartment Complex. It's set up like a hotel so it's secure. The prices are reasonable although I haven't seen the 2020 prices.

The units are fairly nice, but the community there is awesome. Completely indoor units and numerous areas where tenants gather to engage in any number of events. The have an awesome manager and event planner who both stay busy planning events and outings for the tenants.

Maintenance taken care of quickly and staff nice but corporate office in Dallas raises the rent every year. That can make it hard on older people on fixed incomes.

I have lived at Palm House for 10 months. It has been great and I would recommend it to anyone over 55 who wants to live in a community that combines peace and quiet, safety and security, the chance to meet friendly and interesting neighbors, and.above all else.a property manager and her entire team who are 100% resident oriented. Property manager Debbie Justice is, in my opinion, simply top notch. Her attitude and leadership show in the attitude of ALL of her staff. Gina (Social Services Director), Anna (Leasing Assistant), Lance and Raymond (Maintenance), and Sylvia (Housekeeping). Did I mention value? Palm House is a hidden gem at a great price. Your dog will love it here and will make a bunch of great new friends.just like you will.

A very bright and cheerfull atmosphere. Excellent Staff, very fun, and comfortable.anywhere you go on the property, it is spotless, clean, and beautiful. I was showing my 24 yr.old nephew the property. He said "gosh, I wish I was 55 or over.

This is Great place to have family reside. Activities, Transportation and a Great Staff makes this place the ideal place to live.

As a staff member for over 4 years, I love working here. The residents are wonderful, caring, and loving people who make my job so enjoyable. So I am giving Palm House 5 Stars because of their AWESOME RESIDENTS.
