The PAM team did a fantastic job caring for my wound. Got me back on my feet. The staff is so warm and friendly. I really felt I was in good hands. I couldn't have ask for better care.

Kim, Rachel, Becky and the rest of the nurses gave me the best care as I went through hyperbaric therapy. They became like family to me. Keith also greeted me and my wife Abe helped me get to back. Thank you for all you do.

I’ve been freshly graduated from Pam North in Victoria for a foot wound that has been a persistent problem for over a year. I personally could not possibly ask for ANY better health care from all of these great women. I could ALWAYS count on any of these health care professionals to go way far beyond, what anyone can ask for. This staff is amazing! As soon as I walked in the door, I was acknowledged and by a few days, they knew me by name. Rachel my nurse practitioner was awesome! All the nurses were super nice and attentive. We all grew super close. Love them all!

I am so grateful and appreciative toRachel and her staff at this location they took good care of me while i was being assessed during this time since November I’ve been here week after week being checked on they did a wonderful job making sure i was being treated well and fairly thank you all!

The ladies who helped get my wound to heal were wonderful. They were kind, caring and encouraging. I couldn’t have ask for better care. Even though it was a terrible experience, they helped me and were my sunshine every Monday. Their expertise and knowledge helped me through a rough journey of healing. I would highly recommend their wound care to whoever needed it!

From the moment I walk in, information desk, receptionist and medical assistant (taking vitals), I felt Welcomed and comfortable.
Every Therapist that i was incontact were exceptionally attentive, caring and professional. Helped me reach goals that were set for me were met, thanks to their analytical approach to target problem areas. I am leaving with much confidence in my physical abilities, and most of all Confidence in myself.

Thanks to the PAM team for taking care of my wound. Absolute excellence in everything they did for my wound. When arriving to be treated months ago masks were still being worn. Suddenly on 1 of my visits the masks were gone. It was awesome because the faces were just as I imagined beautiful! The care provided was just as great and beautiful as well. Very, very, professional and courteous, and patient while providing really awesome care. Thank you and your awesome team Rachel for helping me through the healing process. After suffering multiple fractures from a horrible auto accident that I endured in late December 2022, I was transported from Brooke Army Medical Center in late January 2023 to PAM Specially Hospital North where I began my long journey to recovery. I would like to say that I have been truly blessed by meeting such a fine group of medical professionals which have all been AMAZING! I was taken under the loving and caring wing of Rachel, Becky and Kaitlyn along with all the other wonderful nurses in Wound Care after I suffered a fractured blister that ruptured and developed a wound that needed long term care. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy was recommended and that’s were I met Kim whom was very kind as she took care of me for over a month by assisting me in and out of the chamber and helped me get through the process every single day. It always helped when Keith and Jennifer always greeted me with a smile in the mornings too. I’ve had many physical, emotional and spiritual trying times during this journey but with family, friends, all the great people I met at PAM and with everyone’s continued prayers, I know God is going to completely heal me one day. Unfortunately I am still wheelchair bound due to some of my injuries and am dependent on a walker, but the medical treatment that I am receiving from PT, OT, Infusion and Wound Care have been EXCEPTIONAL and I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs short term or long term care!

Our 88 yo mother was recently at PAM North for over 3 weeks. Unfortunately mother had neglected her health care & would not let us help until it was almost too late. Dr Ramos, Acadia, Michelle, Wes, & the rest of PAM staff were amazing. We were kept informed of mother’s care & medical/physical needs. Thanks to the excellent care she received we have a chance to spend time with her that otherwise we wouldn’t have had… THANK YOU PAM NORTH️

The PA Rachel and her fantastic staff have been treating a nasty post-surgical leg wound for a few months now, and have been doing a superb job. Recently, I’ve had an antibiotic IV for a nasty infection, and David did a super painless job handling the needle! He kept a running commentary while installing the line, making me laugh out loud a few times. Victoria is lucky to have such talented, medical professionals! Keep up the good work.

From the very first day to the last we dealt with nothing but respectful, courteous and first-class professionals. It seemed more like visiting with family!

I was taking a 91 year old lady friend there and she loved the way that they took care of her and they were very good with her.

I had/have been dealing with PAM since November from my car accident, I lost my lower part below the knee leg, but I’m alive is the way I look at it God kept me here for a reason, I do have my bad days, but having the people from PAM help me with positive words and actions that they do, always so willing to help me, i literally cried the moment I saw my leg closed on the wound so I can get fitted for a Prosthetic leg, i’m excited, but honestly it was from the help of PAM

Thank you PAM people! After about 7 months of seeing you weekly and receiving your excellent care, my wound is finally healed. I will miss my weekly visits and your tender and attentive workers, but not the weekly trip to Victoria. God bless you all and have a blessed Easter.
