They do not take care of their patients correctly do not let your family members come here they will be neglected for hours! I wish they would hire better help I know it's a big responsibility but if you can't do your job don't do it at all. It's your job as a nurse to take care of your patients your entire shift the only break you should get is the one they give you other than that your job is to look after these People and care for them your ENTIRE SHIFT. My family's hurting because of these people who neglect their duties to watch over our family member. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

This review is from when my grandfather was in PAM back in the summer after having brain and head surgery. I will try to be quick. I just want to say thank you to Juanita she is a CNA always did amazing and I always felt completely comfortable leaving or stepping out of the facility and leaving my grandfather there cause she would give patients her attention and meet their every needs. When my grandfather was confused and lost his memory some days she would be extremely patient and keep him calm and explaining him where he is and what was going on. Her being bilingual was a big plus since my grandfather doesn’t speak English her soothing voice and way of nurturing would keep him calm and at ease.
For therapy everyone out did themselves. I want to give a special thanks to Dawn, Cristian and AK they always worked with him never gave up. You can really tell the perseverance, work and dedication they put into helping my grandfather especially on days I lost all hope. I can say this with sincerity these three amazing people were angels to my family and I, the moment I would see them it was like coming up for fresh air never never not once did they ever give up or felt “annoyed” with him especially on his hard days. As the holidays come on by I am extra thankful for putting them in our path because without them im not sure where we would be. After some problems and negligence from a nurse and some doctors we moved to a hospital to stabilize my grandfather and we were given the option to move to another facility, but I wanted to go back because of three reasons, DAWN, CRISTIAN& AK. They pushed and pushed and thanks to them and their attention to detail from making the bed when they took him back to the room or from not working with him because his blood pressure was a little elevated reporting to nurses and coming back when it was normal & most importantly never NOT missing a day even if it was “the smallest” exercise like them moving his arms or legs to get the muscles moving even if it was them putting 98% of the work. Thank you guys I will be eternally grateful because they were a HUGE key to him being where he is. Because of all those exercises were thought and explained so well he remembered and proceeded to do at home and continue the practice he now walks with no cane or walker. Thank you for being there on the bad days and our good days but especially our last days there where my grandfather started to walk and he would be frustrated when he wasn’t walking in a fully straight line for cheering on to him for becoming part of his day to day and for ALWAYS ALWAYS being professional and for making us feel heard. I know AK is no longer there but I hope Juanita, Dawn & Cristian get the recognition they truly need and deserve!

I was admitted here several times of a 7 month period. I can say the wound care team is amazing thanks to Nicole veronica seline pearl Taylor and Mary. You treatment was amazing.

Hi my name is Sharon Miller. I had the pleasure of being a patient here at Pam Specialty Hospital. I would like to say a few words about the care that i received. From the kitchen to housekeeping, everything was good. The food was always good and my room was always cleaned. The nurses had compassion and always up to date on patients care and needs. I was always checked on daily. There are a couple of young ladies in OT who went beyond their call of duty. Their names are Dawn and AK. They were a ray of sunshine when they came into my room. They always knew when i was having a bad day and they would cheer me up. They had fun activities to incorporate into therapy to help me get better and it has. They are awesome. I can't tell you enough about these two young ladies and all they do for their patients. There is another one in PT whose name is Car. Shes helpful in getting me up in the chair. I would refer this hospital to family and friends.

Don't take anything you can't live without, because I had expensive clothes and accessories stolen. The place is loud especially non private rooms. Physical therapy, nursing, cna assistance good.

My family chose PAM for their acute care services for our Father who was severely injured in a horrible car jacking incident. Not only did the whole staff at PAM take incredible care of my Dad, they took care of our family during an extremely heartbreaking time for us.
We so appreciate the incredible care from the Nurses, the Techs, the Therapists, and the wound care team. The therapy was a highlight every day and the therapists went above and beyond to help him succeed. PAM holds a special place in our heart.
We will forever be grateful for their care!

Horrible and very rude nurse practitioner Adams, yelling and raising her voice for no reason. Very unprofessional

My husband was here a very short time, but while he was here he was well taken care of. The evening that we came in we were greeted by a nurse named Martin and he made us feel so welcomed and at ease. I knew that this place was going to be really nice. The staff was great. I was very empressed with the attention they give their patients. The nurses were very friendly and their response time to our calls were very reasonable. The therapy team was wonderful. They worked so well with my husband. Benny and Maggie were awesome. I just want to say that all the nurses here are the best. I am so glad that we chose this place. My hats off to all your hard work and dedication. You are all true heroes.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and communication among staff members with myself and my family. "Patients and family come first with exceptional care". PAM And Our Family Worked Together So We Could Believe, Today Really Matters. Thanks Again. God. Bless!

I would not rate this facility at all. This facility is absolutely HORRIBLE. The only great thing about this facility is the RN, Chris and the nurse, Victoria. They actually show compassion and care for their patients. Other than that, I would not bring your loved ones here at all. I can NEVER get ahold of anyone when I call or when I'm there with my Mom. They take forever to answer bedside calls. They left my Mom dirty and did not change her bed sheets nor do they shift her around. My Mom is unable to move at all on her own.

My son was transferred to this facility from university hospital. He suffered a a Traumatic brain injury and was there for 13 days prior to being admitted at PAM warm springs rehab. They were very helpful welcoming and supportive. Can’t say enough The medical team, administrative team, nursing, dietary and Therapists were all very skilled and professional. I got a bed to stay with my son. My son was able to walk and ambulate a few days after we were so impressed with his recovery. He was then transferred to Warm springs rehab where he was also able to receive more therapy as he was doing so well. I’m happy I was able to be here with him. Staying at the facility in a private room to give my son the support he required was absolutely important. They were able to provide that for us. He is still recovering at warm springs. I highly recommend this place PAM facility for your family members needs.

This is a long overdue post; last year, this hospital helped take care of my family recovering from Long COVID. Love the nursing, respiratory therapist & rehab therapy teams here. The CNO Oscar even checked on my father during his stay; above and beyond customer service.

The rehab team here is excellent my therapist Benny did a good job taking care of me and getting me back on my feet. He is funny guy and good person to have conversation with glad to have had him as my therapist.

The PAM staff treated my husband like family. There’s a list of names that we will never forget. The doctors, nurses, respiratory therapist, occupational therapist, physical therapist, speech therapist, dietitian, and cna’s gave their best care to not only my husband but to all their patients. We will never be able to thank our PAMily enough, they are true heros.
