The person at the drive thru is terrible. Messed up our order. Did not listen. Terrible service.
I asked for a plate with double sweat fire and fried rice and chow mein gave me little to no sweet fire. Also ordered another plate with fried rice and sweet fire. It wasn't busy at all which was good but the food was just meh. It wasnt bad the service was nice just wish that it was a little bit better For no one being here. I got the orange chicken says it is spicy took a bite and was kind of disappointed. However the sweet and spicy chicken was great. The soda tasted a little funny and the response I got when I said sorry to bother you but the cherry coke taste a little weird was what do you want me to do? I said I just was letting you know and the response was thank you. Overall just a very mediocre experience

Poor customer service. The Asian manager was dismissive and ignored us. Tried to correct order but instead told us it was right and took receipt so no record. Slammed food down. Food cold!
Whoever was working drive thru on Aug 1st @ 5: 45 seriously needs to be fired. Me and my boyfriend couldn't believe how extremely rude they were. Got to admit the girl has some balls to just blatantly be that rude via drive thru. I won't go to this location anymore.
I hate when business that are taking my money ask me to donate to charity like they aren't profiting off me and my donations. Why don't you donate some of the profit I'm giving you to charity?

Best Panda Express around, the seemes to be rely fresh. The coke tastes like to much carbon. Over all it was great.
The employees are not professional, they are take time for making the order, than it's slow here there's no customers and there is enough guys. Pppffffff.
Guy taking the order was rude, I barely got any chicken in my bowl, and the chow mein was dry and not done right
It was so nice to be able to eat inside this restaurant again. Their new entree "steak and shrimp" is worth the extra cost. It was very tasty! The only complaint I have is that the food was only lukewarm. Normally the food is hot, so that was a huge disappointment. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for that problem.

No call in option for order. After pulling up and confirming I was there with staff inside they simply let my order sit on a rack and get cold because everyone was too lazy to bring it out. Ran in and grabbed mine, could very easily have grabbed others as no one was even attending the rack.
They had extremely limited options due to staffing. I appreciate the accommodations but the business pose is not up right at this moment.
No matter how many time you order online or through the drive through they can NEVER GET ANYTHING RIGHT (opps sorry my drinks are always right) Even put special notes double check EVERYTHING and still wrong. Might aswell hire my 6 year old and she won’t mess it up. Why is this manager still a manager and even working here just completely rude and a lot of bad reviews complaining about the manager.
