Panda Express, San Antonio TX

Well this is insane they open at 10.30 am and im going to order they said they not serving food till 12 pm

So I love panda express however this location randomly decides to turn off there online ordering system at random times and it's always for the full day when they do this. On the same days they turn off there online ordering system they do not answer phones literally at all. I've spoken to management and they say it's so they can focus on customers that are walk ins only. I disagree with this method. This location also struggles with consistency, unfortunately sometimes the food doesn't taste the same or lacks sauce. Again I Love panda express so I still come to this location but I wanted to give an honest review on this location for others when they want to visit.

Totally unprepared for anything. Closed restrooms? No seating. 20 minute wait for beef and broccoli and veggies. 0/10, would NOT recommend

Will they need a good manager to run that place. Long.long.long lines and everyone running like a chicken with no head. Please please help.

DISCRIMINATION when I was paying and added a drink to my meal they said NO DRINKS I SAID WHAT ABOUT TEA THEY SAID NO TEA. AS IBWAS WAITING FOR MY MEAL AS THEY WERE OUT OF SELECTED ITEMS I WATCHED PEOPLE GETTING DRINKS AND I LOOKED INTO THE TEA s and saw TEA WOW I WEMT BACK UP THERE AND TOLD THEM YKU HAVE DRINKS. My brother orders from this restaurant and they always messed up the order. He paid $70 for food and only got order of cheese puffs and egg rolls. Every time he orders from the restaurant and they never get the food order right.

This want to be food should be outlawed. It is horrendous! No other words beside barf food can describe this.panda pathetic ness.

Customer service is bad. I been to alot of Panda Express and this is the the worst. Close door and let somebody else manage that place.

I dont know whats worst the food or the customer service at this location. Went in today to give it a second chance and that was the worst mistake I made. I was given the wrong food not just once but twice and to top it off I called about 10 times and there was no answer. I went back to the store and there was no customers and 5 employees on staff. How do you have so many people and can't even answer the phone or give the right order? That was not the worst thing, the manager was the worst and most rude person. She was beyond rude and not only that, she was not even wearing a mask. We have a whole pandemic going on and people specially managers working on a fast food place with no mask thats digusting and unacceptable. I will never come back this location. This is why I go to the mccreless and not this disappointment. Avoid this location at all costs unless you're trying to catch a COVID case

Food is great. Service is horrible. Every time I come here the restrooms are closed for guest use. Why have restrooms if guest can't use them.

I got tired of bad attitude customer service at this location. Do they still lock one of the two front doors making a very narrow entrance? I hope not it's terrible. Anyways I now do my own homemade Panda Express food from recipes online. Couldn't be happier

The food was extremely terrible and it made me real sick! The customer service was even worst. They act like your bothering them or ruining their day just by walking in there. They NEVER answer their phone to make a take out order. Manager Debbie, im not sure how she got her position because she is the most rude of them all. By the looks of it she only got her position by special treatment both from her boss to her and im SURE from her to her boss lol. They need an entire new crew there! My advice is go to PF Chang's.

Very very very disappointed Arrive at 5: 15 in the afternoon Most of the bowls Were empty The Workers on the line kind of we're pushing For me to select what ever was available, which didn't look fresh or desirable, so we selected the sour chicken, and lemon chicken, and the one with muchrooms, and another one, and got home to eat, all of the entrées were very spicy, we couldn't even enjoy our meal, rice and noodles were cold also, it my first time eating these food, I'm not a happy customer, so panda express gets a big f on there rating as a restaurant

Panda express is good, although they didn't have any panada meat. I was kind of upset about that, but the orange chicken is good, highly recommend.

Ordering process is a mess, and they messed up our order. Had to go back? Wait I line just to wait again.

This was about 2yrs ago. The lady serving my food was rude. She was upset because I asked her to put more than 2 pieces of chicken in my bowl. When I asked her she said, "we are only supposed to put one scoop! " I replied, "I understand, but 2 pieces of chicken is ridiculous and that it was mostly veggies. " She then exhaled really loud, and rolled her eyes while aggressively scooping chicken in my bowl. I haven't returned to this location since. I now take my business to the one at Mc Creless Market. I was thinking about trying it out again, but after reading the recent reviews. I have decided to not return. Seems nothing has changed.

Rice was bland but the orange chicken and the mushroom chicken was yummy. The staff was kind of abrasive.
