Panda Express, League City TX

I'm never eating at this place again! The fried rice was so disgusting, gummy, clumped together, and hard all at the same time!

The honey walnut shrimp is doughy and dry. The rice almost white and no flavor. I don’t know if they didn’t cook it long enough or what. Never ordering from them again for sure.

The food was good. The service was fine. This is what I look for when coming to a fast food restaurant. I will be coming back to this Panda Express location. Good job management!

Was terrible experience very disappointed I was debating between panda and Chickfila next time will go to Chick-fil-A it was 8pm when I was ordering and I was craving mushroom chicken that's the whole reason I stopped here and lady said they were not cooking no more but they close at 930 extremely un acceptable the owner needs to talk to his crew cause lost me as a customer that is forsure! And they had to let us out cause they had doors locked 840pm on Tuesday 13 July very interesting!

I was impressed how clean it was. Of course no a lot of people dinning in (lots of drive thru, and pick up). Friendly staff

Service pretty much horrible every time. They never have what’s on the menu. I get to window and they have to change my order pretty much every time because they are out or don’t have enough. That’s bad enough and then they can’t even get the side right. You tell them the noodles at drive through and in person then still end up with rice or something other than you asked for. Third times a charm will not be back or recommend anyone to go there.

My favorite location for delicious Chinese food. Food was so tasty. The service here is above par. Prices are reasonable I would say. Food is similar to a place in San Francisco I loved.

Very disappointed i get the same stuff everutime I come here and the rice was still little hard and the sesame chicken didn't taste right neither did my firey chicken breast and im very sad that it taste so bad because I get the same food alot

Ordered in drive thru and asked for chowmein and drove off good thing I decide to look at my plate and I had rice so since I was in parking lot I walked in and said I wanted chowmein instead of rice. The guy in the front grabbed the plate from me and dumped my rice in the platter and served me the chow mein. Last time I ever eat panda I dont know how many customers get their order wrong and they just dump the food back for the next customer. Plus food is not even tasty!

I was charged for food I didnt receive after waiting 10 min for them to cook it. Realized I didn't get all my food when i got all the way home. The food I did get was overcooked and small portions for what I ordered.called and spoke to str manager who was very rude. I asked for a refund for food I did not receive and was refused. I was hung up on.tried calling back and employees either unplugged the phone or decided to ignore it. Great customer service huh? I spend way too much money at this place, more than I'd like to admit because it was my favorite place to go. NOT ANYMORE. I will not pay to be treated that way.

Scared to eat here anymore. The parking lot is always empty and the food is not moving so is not fresh and hot. Last time, everything I ordered was cold. Have to pay a premium price for the walnut shrimp. Although it tastes good, not really worth the price. This place would be better off as a buffet.

This was the last panda express i ever ate at. Why you ask? I had rocks in my Chicken. When i bit in it almost broke my tooth. I thought that at least i still had my crabpuffs. Nope. Well i did have the outside. Everything on the inside was gone.

One of the only PE locations that constantly messes up my order. If they miraculously get it right, they will skimp on some items to delay cooking more. I now never eat at PE unless I am in the middle of Houston, because this place needs shutdown.

So we've been going to this particular PE for as long as this location has been open. Tonight was by far the worst ever. First off it was dark and hot in there. Tonight we walked in and i guess the manager must not have cared for us, kinda got a race vibe or didnt feel the need to serve us. She asked what we wanted, so we started our order and she walked away. She didnt come back to help or help the man that looked scared to death. There was 1 person on the buffet, 1 person on the window and 2 people plus her on the food. This is a busy location and at 5 in the evening even more so. The scared man working the buffet had the shakes so bad i dont know how he was not spilling our order. He tried to ring us up before we were even done ordering. Got ojr order and went to sit down. The ac vents started dripping in my hair. So instead of saying anything we just moved seats. We ate fast. No one reated us like normal, no one said anything as we left. They also had all but 1 door locked. Seriously this was the worst trip to PE ever. So so disappointed.

Always a pleasure to eat here. The dining room is typically kept clean. The women are definitely far more attentive to your needs, but that's just female intuition I guess.

Generally I like going here. The food doesn't cost too much, tastes good, and is clean. However, today I went and everything I like to eat wasn't there. There was no beef on the line except for Beijing beef.think that's what it's called. All the other beef entrees were missing. I had to settle with a small choice of chicken entrees. The line was more than half empty. Hope someone solves this problem.

Not a fan of this location. There is this one lady who is just rude. Not personable at all. Unfortunately she’s always the one who I have to deal with the last 3 times I’ve been here. The rest of the staff is good. Get rid of her and I’ll up the stars. Sorry if she doesn’t want to be there but it doesn’t mean I should feel like I should go f myself every time I order.

They are always out of something! Sometimes over an hour before they close! I just dont think that should be. Very annoying. Also! They always get something wrong with my order!

Very nice staff and the food was also great. Very rich flavour however the orange chicken was surprisingly for my kids too spicy. Otherwise we enjoyed Panda as usually.
