Panda Express, Katy TX

We reached there at 9pm when they close at 10 not even when it was 9 exactly and they wouldn’t cook for us what we wanted and most items were almost out and they wouldn’t add.

We really like the service of the girls who attend the front and the food is delicious, hot and fresh,

All I can say is Orange chicken and rice omg I love this place me and my family try and find one everytime we go to Houston and eat at panda express

I paid $9 for a small bowl of broccoli. I ordered the beef and broccoli with super greens, and there were three tiny pieces of meat and a bunch of broccoli. What happened to the beef?

Panda express on Mason Rd & Kingsland has such nice customer service, I mean every time I go there, they treat me nice. Keep up the great work.

Love this place especially when the food is fresh and just brought to the line. I think the staff should wear face mask and gloves while dealing with the food I think every restaurant or fast food should do so. I believe dealing with food is a intimate experience and the way it's prepared and served should be presented as such. Other than that I would definitely recommend this spot

Food is good for fast food Chinese. We here often, it's a great "go to" in a pinch.

Ordered in DT was asked if we wanted to wait 6 minutes for the teriyaki chicken… ok we wait.rice is Hard ‍️

Good overall staff friendely, and food is good. However watching a manager yelling to the staff is not something you want to see when you are trying to have dinner with your family

Look, I get it, it’s basically fast food. So the expectations for service should already be low. But geeeeeeez…. If I was a franchise owner I’d send some mystery shoppers

I love the fried rice, the kung Pao chicken, the orange chicken, the honey sesame, etc. Ong amazing place.

Always great service at this location. My favorites are the Orange Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, String Bean Chicken and the Kung Pao Chicken. The super greens are tasty and the brown rice is good.

The Cream Cheese Ragoons are good.

Woman charged me 19$ for a big plate which is 10.50$. Thats a robbery. Dont go there or be carefull please. The moment you dont watch they rob you blind.

Rude service, I understand people is tired at checkout time but it's not the customer fail.

Old staff worker was staring at at me and my friends while we walked by and was being creepy and the staff didn’t do anything at all dont go old man was being a pedifilian

Employee guy took my order bad service rushing me for I had a question to ask. Got my order wrong. Went inside to correct just ordered again and didn't say a word however got the same service rude didn't say thank you, come again nothing. No sense of urgency at all doesn't customer service exist anymore wow (so many other restaurants to choose people this young generation is out of control).
