I bought two bowls and the rice was crunchy, meat was super chewy. Sauces where all sticky
It was a mess

Absolutely disgusting we bought our food in this place and it come with hair I called the place and they one me to drive back 20 min to get new plates this is the second time we have issues with this restaurant but this time was the worst never coming back again

Small portions horrible customer service. I thought I ordered chow mein not a salad of cabbage. I wish they opened up that Chinese buffet again.

Absolutely the worst Panda Express I ever had. Ran by poorly trained high school boys. Food was terrible. Don’t waste your money. Not worth second chance. Waste of time and money

Ordering dinner around 5pm on a Thursday and the girl running the drive thru would not let me finish a sentence because every time I picked something on the menu she immediately interjected "we're out" flatly. My husband picked orange chicken and she replied "um I think we might have enough left over for an entree, " which sounds so incredibly unappetizing. You'll scrape the pan for us? No thanks. Every single time we've come here they claim to be out of almost everything on the menu and I don't understand why they don't keep their dishes stocked. The time before this we came through the drive, and the boy said "welcome to Panda Express, would you like to hear what we have left? ". At about 6: 30 in the evening. We're not paying your increased prices for cold scraps and rude service.

Great service. I Really like the new store Manager Juan, who greeted me as soon as I walked in!

Ordered a family meal like we have many times before! This time the broccoli beef was TERRIBLE! The color on the broccoli and the taste was off and the portion was RIDICULOUS! We have ordered this so many times and never had any issues, when we attempted to call the store we spoke to McKinley, who said she was the manger, ironically enough also the person who packaged our order, but claimed it was someone else “using her number” so she “could take a break”. She refused at first to provide her name. She was rude, told us we didn’t know what we were talking about. Then all she could say “was I wasn’t here, I don’t know what happen” I can give you a replacement for 1/2 off. She refused to give us any other manager name, refused to give us a number for cooperate! We I’ll have to locate it ourselves!

Made me wait 30 minutes just to tell me they're out of the food I ordered. Not the first time it's happened at this location.

I called this store before they closed and asked to place an order. They told me they weren't accepting orders over the phone because they had already broken down the tables. When I told them I was on my way and wanted to make sure I placed the order before they closed, she told me, “good luck, we close in 5 minutes”. I drove down the highway and got there a few minutes before closing. The girl on the headset said, sorry but we are t taking orders. I told her it wasn’t 10 yet and she said, sorry about you, it’s 10: 01. She then told me that their computers shut down at 10, and then told me they had thrown all of their food away. When I told her I was the guy who had just called, she laughed and said, guess ya didn’t make it on time huh? I told them it was terrible customer service and her response was “k, byyyyeeeee”. I get it, I’ve been in the restaurant business before, but why do you have hours posted if you aren’t even going to adhere to them? When they are more worried about shutting the doors and breaking down, before the business is actually closed, it’s a problem. Unfortunately I like panda too much, so I’ll patronize them again, but definitely not this location. Be better

Was in and out the drive through in no time! Good customer service! Food was hot and fresh! This is a awesome location!

Ordered online. Sat in the store for 15 MINUTES after letting an employee know I was there. The only store I've ever seen where if I would've went to the drive thru, I would've got my food ASAP but ordering online meant they could take a ridiculously long time. After who knows how much longer, I had to inquire again about my food. The employees were not polite or apologetic in anyway. They made me feel as if it was my fault they had taken over 20 minutes to fill a very simple order. Won't ever be back for sure.

How is a Chinese Restaurant out of rice at noon? This is the absolute worst Restaurant. The Management is Horrible. Don't waste your time going here. Past on all order. Will NEVER WASTE MY TIME HERE AGAIN.

Entrées was piping hot with generous portions. This is a very clean restaurant with clean restrooms and professional friendly staff.

Drive thru girl was nice enough, but, if you’re out of everything and not making any more an hour and a half before you close, just close early

Orange Chicken was so. Spicy we could not eat it. We have eaten it there before and the orange chicken was very good

Just finished their two entree plate with fried rice, I got it to go, but I couldn't wait to dig in. I planned on only eating part of my double order of teriyaki chicken and fried rice, but it was too good and I couldn't stop shoveling it in. Fresh and oh so tasty!
I would have let you see inside, but I locked it clean. Not really, but it was a close thing!
