Panda Express reviews
16The food was nasty. It was bland, tasteless not a pinch of ingredients were tasted. I had to add salt & pepper with hot sauce in order to give my food some flavor
This has happened multiple times and I wrote to corporate to complain that I come here at 9 p.m. And they are out of almost every item on the menu. The corporate office told me they're supposed to cook until closing and have all items on the menu, but they don't like to waste a couple of dollars worth of food at the end of the night? And they can't save it for the next day to reheat it? It's ridiculous, they're just lazy and don't want to cook and want to leave early.
Food is super good always come back because every time I order my food is super fresh I would highly recommend you give this place a visit
Now 10/10 this place is my go to location for panda. Is convenient and usually fresh. So picking up dinner for myself and daughter is easy and fast and usually I don’t complain. Even if the employees there have an attitude and clearly having a bad day. I’m not there to make it worse. But today? I walked out feeling like I inconvenienced the cashier, Sasha. The two other employees who helped me were friendly and nice and it was a fast process. No issues at all! But then. Sasha. I thought she was just having a bad day. So I ignored her tone and attitude. But as soon as I turned around she immediately helped the next customer but her entire tone and attitude changed. It was like listening to a different person. No. This cashier personally didn’t like me and what I thought was her having a bad day? Nope. I barely finished answering any questions she asked before she cut me off every single time. Mind you it’s like 4-5 questions they ask you at the end, and I was cut off every single time I answered her. Her attitude and her tone was a “hurry and gtfo”. And I had asked for 2 sweet and sour sauces, because I always do for my daughters meal, and she only gave me 1. While that may not be a big deal, it is to a kid who is very picky about her food. Which is why I always ask for 2. I don’t know what I did to Sasha other than exist, but ma’am. If you don’t want to deal with people, don’t work in the service industry. I wasn’t rude. I didn’t do anything or say anything at all, I am one to mind my own business because I can understand people having a bad day but making it obvious that you dislike me personally? I had to look at my receipt to figure out your name. I am a stranger to you and vice versa. Do better or figure out how to fake it. Customers aren’t always right but neither are employees who act like you.
The food was really good as usual, however they ran out of teriyaki chicken by 8: 30. I usually come specifically for the teriyaki, so kinda disappointment
Bad experience with a Mexican woman, I think "manager " she was rude, she needs a trying.
Jamika is one of the friendliest people I have encountered at a lunch spot in a long time. Her attitude should be an example to all food service providers!
I ordered sesame chicken with fried rice, and the bowl wasn't full. They were extremely stingy with the rice, and my green beans were shriveled up and dry. My husband ordered teriyaki chicken and Angus steak with white rice, and the rice was very mushy. He told them that it was mushy and asked for a different batch they told him he would be getting from the same batch, so I guess they still planned on serving the mushy rice. So he substituted for lo mein noodles. Usually, the food is good from this location, but not today.
I don't understand, the price is higher and the bowl get smaller. Not worth it in my book.i order from thier new in menu you get charge more and got only 3 shrimps, rice and some piece of veg! I won't be coming to cheapo panda no more!
TOTALLY UNNECESSARY
Recently, I noticed that all the Panda locations have decided to CUT UP the noodles, so customers pay the same prices, but now we GET LESS chow mein NOODLES!
And, I CANNT seem to get a chicken meal that comes WITHOUT a boat load of sugar in their sauces. Why?
I'm cutting back on them again.
Orange chicken was good, but their chow mein was more like a salad instead of a noodle dish.
Note to the employer: less onions, more noodles
The lady manager in the drive threw was rushing me to order and when I asked her what those some items have? She seemed really annoyed not very friendly.
I was in the area shopping and needed to stop by a place to go. They were super busy as it was around 6: 30pm on Saturday. There was only one person serving the walk-in customers and everyone else was serving drive through customers. I stood in the line for around 10 mins until it was my turn to start ordering.
They ran out of few entree choices which I was looking forward for. Overall food was what you’d expect. I didn’t have any complaints what I ate there.
Servings people walking first and deliver after they serve 8 people first and my order it’s not ready yet what a shame I wish I can give them 0 star
The drive thru screams “I hate it here”. They always have an attitude and even more so when you’ve asked for them to fix a mistake they made 3x. Like damn okay, now I hate it here too lolololol
