Panda Express reviews
20Food was hot. Came with soy sauce, silverware, and fortune cookies. Forgot the sweet and sour sauce for my crab rangoons.
The manager was very unpleasant. The atmosphere was very negative and their sense of urgency to get me out the window was unkind. The overall vibe check did not pass. I had paid for the food and was waiting the handoff when i decided that I don’t want to eat here. Little did I know my gut instincts were right. This place is bad news! I did not want to accept the food and asked to be given a refund and the manager said I can call corporate if I want to get a refund I had not even accepted the food. It was overall a poor experience. I did accept the food (i mean she charged me but now i should have just disputed the charges and saved me from the poor taste in my mouth literally) and the manager gave the most sarcastic have a great day gesture. There were missing items and the taste was off, I could not enjoy the food so I tossed it and went for a cheeseburger instead. Please do not come to this location if ever you’ve had a warning this is it, the management is def the reason for the horrible atmosphere and taste of food.
Came here for the first time today, October 23rd and had dinner. The food was barely warm, it was more flavorless than usual and the portion size seemed smaller than usual.
I had a Coke to drink and it looked full.of syrup, there was not much Coke flavor.
Hopefully next time I come here they will be better.
It's your generic Panda Express chain, much like all the others. You know what you're getting when you go to this place.
I just got the oldest most disgusting orange chicken imaginable. I would put zero Stars if it was an option also burnt rice in with undercooked rice not sure how that's possible. Bring your receipt come back and get some more disgusting food
Waited a whole 40mins for food after i preordered on the app making it and hour and 20 mins total to still get my order wrong and missing items honestly save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.
3 star rating only applies to the meal; the location was extremely clean, and the employees were well groomed and attentive. Food was hot upon serving. My rating has to do with the actual serving. The serving size of the teriyaki chicken, good to go. However the orange chicken was more fried dough then chicken because it was all the small pieces. There was 2-3 identifiable pieces of chicken, but the rest were doughy.
Whoever cooks the food during the pm shift doesn't seem to care at all about the quality of food they put out. Everything was overcooked and tasted really old. The broccoli in the broccoli in beef was literally brown and boiled to mush. The orange chicken wasn't sweet or orangey at all, just flavorless vinegar. It seems this food was thrown together without a care and then left under a lamp for hours. We tried to eat it but really couldn't get through the meal and ended up throwing it away. Go to a different location, this was a waste of time and money.
Probably the worst panda I’ve been to. They have a quarter of the menu an hour before they close. The staff is rude. Last week I was told I couldn’t have any more than 2 extra sauces & it’s a “policy”. The food is soggy and not good even during busy hours.
We come here all the time and never had any issues. Today I ordered cream cheese rangoons and a side of chow mein. The container they put the rangoons in had a piece of chicken and sauce in it. When I called to let them know and ask for a refund, their manager, who sounds like a little kid mind you, would not give me a refund over the phone and insisted I had to come back for a refund to be given. Not everyone has time to go back to a restaurant on lunch break because of their mess up! I’m really irritated right now!
Went through drive thru for dinner. They had no sesame chicken and no brown rice! No soy sauce packets either. Had soy sauce in little plastic containers that were leaking and sticky in the bag of food. Very disappointed in this service.
I had a less than stellar experience with this location at beginning of February and was willing to give them another chance. We'll, I guess I need to find someplace else for Chinese takeaway as I will no longer throw money at them. First, I ordered 2 orders of veggie springrolls and only got one. I don't think I should have to unban my order to make sure it is correct. To add to the insult the one order I did get tasted like they were cooked in oil that had almost crossed the line between good and bad and was closer to bad than good.
The last time I think I had Panda was in college, aka many moons ago, but I wanted a quick Chinese fix. My expectations were tempered before I brought my food home. After about 20 minutes of doing mom duties, I was able to dive into dinner. I opened up the package and was pleasantly surprised by how much shrimp was there and then to taste perfectly crispy shrimp. Whenever I order Chinese to go, typically it’s a soggy mess unless you eat it directly at the restaurant so I was pleasantly surprised with this order. If you want a cheap Honey Walnut Shrimp fix, I’d definitely recommend this location.
The food is good when it’s fresh but if you get there near closing it’s not fresh. The taste is ok but that’s about it. I prefer the location the other end of the 1431. Food is better, this one just happens to be more convenient for me.
Honestly the food was mid. Not trash. I was mad hungry so it didn’t really matter that much. This was my first time at a Panda Express, so maybe the food is always mid? It might not be the employees fault. But there was a hair in my food which was kinda gross but not a huge deal. I’ll probably never go again, but especially not this location.
I went to Panda Express because I wanted something I thought would be, healthy', but was disappointed because they had no vegetarian option.so I ordered the mushroom chicken and it had way too much chicken and very little mushrooms and zucchini.it was mostly chicken.someone else might have been happy with that much chicken, but it wasn't really mushroom chicken, it was just chicken.
Quality of the food has gone downhill and service is poor. Waited to get food after ordering and was told to wait in parking spot. 30 min later had to drive back around to remind them of order
Best Asian take out around! James is the manager here and does a great job. The people who work there are friendly, quick, and pleasant.
Very busy location. Drive thru is crazy. Easier to park and go in for take out. Seems to always have all menu options and the food is fresh, not sitting there for a while. It's probably because of how busy they are.
The very best Chinese fast-food chain in the entire nation hands down! And prices are very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommended to general public!
