Panda Express, Corsicana TX

Doesn’t taste fresh. The meat was over cooked; rice was hard. Corsicana doesn’t know how to do Panda the correct way! Go eat at the Panda in Mansfield off Debbie then you will know what it should taste like or even Midlothian. The having to pull to the front to wait is not right. It’s like every car was sent to the front.

Front door sticks so bad most customers thought it was locked, had to help a lady get out because she couldn't open it.

There is one larger round table and there was an employee passed out asleep there taking it up so it was unavailable.

It was not busy but they were out of multiple dishes and had to wait but luckily they were pretty quick. The rice was a little burnt or overcooled.

There were no high chairs available for children anywhere to be found which was a huge inconvenience.

The staff serving was very nice and the tables were not too dirty.

This location is not nearly as well run as others.

I eat here often. The food is always good they have only ever messed up my order once but gave me something else I liked.

Certainly not panda “express”. Ridiculously long drive thru wait, and paltry food portion. I got literally two pieces of shrimp and a mountain of walnuts with the honey walnut shrimp. That’s simply not acceptable. Hardly any rice too. Will not be stopping here again. Hire more people!

Food was so incredibly bland and the restaurant was extremely dirty. The staff was pretty friendly but overall just disappointing even for fast food.:/

04/29/2023 I stopped here while on the road. Service was fast. Food was as would be expected. Typical experience (a good thing).

I ordered on DoorDash. This time, DoorDash did nothing wrong. The people didn’t even pay attention to what they were doing. I’m very upset with this location.

We always enjoy a quick meal at and this place was no different. Food was fresh, the tea was fresh. The restaurant was clean and provided clean restrooms.

Waited 40 minutes for food. Was told only 10 minute wait. Spent $60 and got cold food. I had to call into the restaurant to remind them I was waiting. They had lost my order. I am furious. When I spoke to the person in charge she gave me a coupon for an entree if I buy something. Then I got home, one of the meals and the drink were missing. Seriously?
One note… Miranda was very nice and tried to make things right by crediting my card after the third call with the final complaint.

Every time I go through the drive through they never give me my sauce. Every time. And sometimes they're moody, I get everyone has hard days but what did I do to y'all? Least favorite place to come to.

Great Panda Express location- food was fresh and delicious. The place is new and very clean. If you’re in the mood you shouldn’t be disappointed if you stop in to eat.

Only half the time, they have the items you want that are listed on the menu. If they tell you, "it'll be about an 8 minute wait, is that okay? " be prepared to wait 30 minutes, possibly more. They may have also forgotten about you as well which has happened before to us as well. Their bathrooms are not clean or stocked. I tried letting a lady that worked there know & she just looked at me & continued to walk COMPLETELY ignoring me. I asked another person what the employees name was that just ignored me so I could properly address who ignored me with the manager & she refused. Stated she was not allowed to - even though they wear name badges. Lol I asked for the manager & when she came up, I explained the whole situation. Apparently she wasn't on the clock yet - I guess you will be ignored if they are not clocked in. Horrible customer experience, poor stocking, under-prepared & disgusting/poorly kept restrooms.

The service and restaurant were great! The food was good also, rice was a little dry, but other than that I was very satisfied!

The quality of Panda Express really has gone down. Customer care is not at all what it used to be. Back in the day they greet you with a smile. Today they act like they just don’t want to be there. The personal doesn’t know what Splenda or sweet and low is. And honestly its over priced the food doesn’t taste as good as it used to.

We went at 7: 30. They close at 9 and did not have any food we wanted. I wanted Teriyaki Chicken. They had none. And no tea. No veggies. I hated it. We were driving in from Galveston to Dallas. I will go to Whataburger next time.

We drove from Houston to Dallas and stopped this Panda for late lunch around 2 pm. One of their employee took the msn's restroom for more than 10 mins, which he already in there while I arrived, I had to use Lady's room after My wife and daughter used, and he still in men's after I finished. When we order meals, the lady only gave a little portion for each one, we visit Panda more than once almost every week, this portion is not worth the money we paid, after ordered, the cashier is their manager, I asked her four cups for water, she wanted to charge me 50 cents per one, I ordered meals, I paid by AMEX Gold card and not dressed like homeless, this is not how American treat their customer, even not Panda's way, especially I used to work in Panda, so this is totally wrong. The picture I posted is how much they gave for a portion, not even cover half of the rice or noodle. The Teriyaki chicken I ordered, the lady was lazy to cut from whole chicken breast, she pick some smaller pieces from the pot and because of long reheat time, those pieces were dry and overcooked or burned. This location's manager has very big problem of managing this store. We went to the Collin Street Bakery next door after Panda, their service was like heaven compares with Panda's like hell. If you need to stop by Corsicana, never visit this Panda Express.

Got way too much rice. Very little entree with very little chicken. Green beans way over cooked. Huge chunks of onion almost raw.

It smelled so bad from the parking lot that we didn't even go in. If it was that bad in the parking lot I didn't want to see the inside! UGH!

1 hr to get Chinese food is absolutely absurd, did I mention we ordered a head of time on the app and still waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes.
