Panda Express, San Antonio TX

Thank you Panda Express for offering Beyond Orange Chicken! I hadn't stepped inside a Panda Express in several years and was totally blown away with this location. It's clean, orders are taken quickly, food is fresh and amazing. It feels rare nowadays to find a fast food or fast casual place where the employees are friendly, courteous, and on top of everything. Keep doing what you're doing and give everyone a raise!

There fried rice is delicious. You can get bowls with your choice of rice or noodles with your favorite topping. Nice place to dine.

Got my bi-weekly fit of my favorite place on earth per my son. Very clean place with friendly staff.

Amay “employee “ is the worst server ever. She had an attitude and rudeness in her voice as she served me tiny portions on a 2 entree plate… More like one entree. If you happen to eat at this location don’t have her serve you

I loved this location! The food was fresh, the employees provided great customer service and care, and I got my order in a timely manner. I was excited that the facility was maintained well and clean. Traditional panda express locations have old tea or the food is sitting for a while but this location had the best service and quality I have seen in my years. Highly recommend!

Sweet fire chicken and kung pao with noodles was delicious.
Kids had orange chicken and they loved it.

Super slow. Long wait times. Prices gone up and portions have gone down.
Many people get sick from cross contamination as well as this location has operated without running hot water Many times. No working air condition, customer complain it being too hot.
Out of Many favorite items. Do not spend money here not worth it!

If you are a dark skin person don’t expect to be greeted it was an all white restaurant and it made me so uncomfortable every time someone would walk in they would greet them and people were just staring at me.

Terrible service and ran out of product 20 mins before we closed. Worst service in 8 years. Had to settle for what was left. The person in charge was not willing to cook more despite having a line proceeding to the door. Need the former GM back.

I have ordered Uber eats 3 times through this place and each time my order has been stolen Uber has refunded me but this store clearly has an issue with verifying orders

Very unfriendly to the hard of hearing and the deaf community. Food is no better than what you can get in the frozen isle of HEB.

7pm on a Tuesday evening…first off all the sides looked like they’ve been sitting out.super greens weren’t even green…no white rice, walnut shrimp and worst of it all AFTER purchasing my food which I got a bowl with rice and TERIYAKI chicken…and ragoons they inform me that there also NO sweet and sour for the ragoons or the main course NO TERIYAKI…so grilled chicken and fried rice it was! And with some dry ragoons with no sauce! Waste of my money I feel like I just got robbed and no accommodation besides rude customer service! So now I refuse to eat the chicken for it has no flavor without the sauce so I’m driving to a panda near my home otw there for some sauce: (

They always seem to forget things when ordering big.my order was 67.00 and seemed as is all food was there this time but no condiments what so ever
It was a online order and they specify to add condiments. None.last they forgot rive do I had to make steam rice at home, but the purpose of take out is so you don't cook

I love Panda Express but the line was very long. I waited probably 30 minutes. I know they can't help that.
I tried to order online and it's not very good. It wasn't working properly.

Unfortunately while I was waiting in line to order, I was not aware that the ONLY entrée they had was orange chicken until it was my turn to order so I was caught of guard by the lack of entree’s. I felt like they should’ve told the people in line as well as everyone still coming in after I ordered that there was only orange chicken an hour before they closed. Other customers were complaining as well. It felt like the person taking orders didn’t know where things were and didn’t actually know whether foods were out for the night. One kid wanted steamed rice but the worker said they were out so he got fried rice but two people after them got steamed rice. Another kid walked up and asked for chopsticks and the same worker said they didn’t have any, but another worker said “hey, they’re right here” and gestured to the chop sticks” but the female worker didn’t bother to take the kid chopsticks. So overall, the experience wasn’t good and the atmosphere wasn’t pleasant. Don’t think we’re going to go back to this location anytime soon.

Long lines and rude service for trash food AND they got our order wrong. We ordered a plate with white rice, and they gave us a bowl with fried rice. The food wasn't even fresh.
Panda Express has good food, just not this location. Next time I'll take the drive to Vance Jackson.
