Panda Express, San Antonio TX

It had been some time since we last ordered a meal from the Panda and although prices are up the food was delicious and satisfying. We'll keep them in mind more often.

4/6/23- Was told they no longer were serving food at 9: 00 pm and they close at 9: 30, only had two entrees to choose from. Not making more food - loosing business.

We were going to dine in and even sat down, but there were so many flies that we could not comfortably enjoy our meal, so we grabbed our bowls and took it home instead. Will drive to a further out of the way location instead of dining at this location.sorry.

Had a great experience at this Panda on S. New Braunfels bc this guy Niko has Awesome customer service & is on Point. Recently this new guy is also A-mazing so added him on too. Great Service

Pretty straight forward place. Good Chinese style food for a decent price. Have never had any issues at this location. The portions are huge and the food itself is really tasty and fresh. The place, itself is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will be back.

First time being there and it lives up to its expectations great food good service nice and clean establishment very recommended

I went in and I ordered two large chow mein sides and a large honey sesame chicken and had to wait for ALL OF IT to be refired, which I wouldn’t have minded if they had given me the chicken I waited 10 minutes for. Or maybe like, chow mein that wasn’t 98% onion and cabbage from the bottom of the pan? I’ve called them 23 times since I left and not a single person has answered.

Literally stopped for food at 8: 30 and were told they were closing and didn’t have menu items available - when we asked what time they closed we were told 10 p.m. Really frustrating experience.

It was New Year's Day we wanted to eat with the family we arrived there 20 minutes before through the drive-through and they were all cleaned up and said that they were close when the hours of operation says there are "until 10: 30

Panda Express is my to go place since Im always on the road. This is the only Panda so far that I have to wait around 15 minutes to get my order taken. Finally, When It is my turn to order the Beijing Beef [which is my favorite] is old and soggy. The Kao Pao chicken it's about about the same quality. Staff was doing what they can. Lastly, both Managers did not show up to help until the end of my visitation.

I come to this restaurant a couple times a month not very often but in the last four months four times they’ve been out of fried rice, rice in general teriyaki chicken. I just came today and they didn’t have any sweet fire chicken. They didn’t have any cream cheese Rangoon‘s and there was a 12 minute wait on the honey walnut shrimp. The lack of responsibility in the inventory department at the store is ridiculous. I’m not sure who’s fault this is but it’s not OK. You know I’m not a picky person at all. I don’t even complain to the workers because I used to work at panda and I know it can be nerve-wrecking for these young people. I let it slide the last four times but it’s not cool.

I was told they were out of rice, so I asked the manager why he didn’t repair more knowing he was running out. He ignored me, so I asked the lady who was taking my order if I could talk to him. I actually caught him on his cell phone instead of talking to the customer who wanted to talk to him. He finally came after I checked out and asked what did I want? I didn’t ask him again if he knew you were running out of rice why didn’t you prepare more? He said hat the rice cooker was broken. Which I don’t believe because I actually saw him check the rice cooker, while the lady was assisting the people who were in front of me. In addition to this, if the rice cooker was broken. Why didn’t the lady who is taking my order tell me it was broken. It’s because he lied, that’s why he ended up just walking away from me.

I usually don't like "fast food" takeout, but my boy is picky and just likes to get plain fried rice. So when I'm ordering food I go ahead and order an entree or two for me and my wife. Out of all the other locations we've tried, I gotta say this one is the best. They are not stingy with the meat and every entree we have tried has been so flavorful. So much so that we just sit there and dine-in instead of take out.

The food is fresh and good. Also the employees are very friendly and nice. This is a very busy store and the employees put the food out quickly.

The food wasn't bad but the staff was rude, the lobby was closed, they were out of chopsticks and several of the entrees. This isn't the first time I've experienced something like this here

The experience I had was the most amazing experience yet Let me start off by saying it was so clean food smells wonderful everything look freshly made and tasted oh so delicious. The manager was 100% in helping his employees. In order to have a good staff you need to have a good leader and Jake is leading his staff. Thank you Albert for being my server.

I went to the drive thru today, Alyssa took our order. She was super rude and had an attitude for no reason. Looks like she doesn’t like to be working there but that is not an excuse to treat customers like that.

This was my all time favorite place at one time but I will not be returning. I've gone 4 different times and have been completely dissappointed.

The food was alright. Not the best or the freshest for sure. The breaded type beef was real soggy and nasty. The soda machine was out of order and they weren't even offering free cups of water. Just tryna sell orange juice. Orange juice wit Chinese food.
