Great location, wonderful service, food is always hot and fresh. I visit many locations and this is the best one I have been to.

Got there at 9: 40 and they said they were closed and all they had was rice and orange chicken won't be going there again

The most friendliest, smiling, happy workers, I think I've ever seen at a fast food place. And excellent service. Vetavey was the friendliest server also, but they all were just awesome. Awesome job y'all

It’s an average experience here. Food is usually fresh but they are often out of something. Restaurant is usually dirty so I take it to go. Service is fast and usually friendly

Asked for a refund and they refused.

They gave me the wrong food which is fine normally. I just walked in and asked for the correct food. They told me they didn’t have the food prepared. It was going to be 10-15 minutes. I told them I didn’t want to wait, I didn’t want the wrong food, to just give me a refund. They refused the refund because their store policy doesn’t allow it.

The place is clean and the food is great! Staff is very nice and friendly. Even offered me a drink while I wait for a to-go order. That definitely set the bar for customer service at a fast food place!

Friendly, quick service, the items we ordered were cooking, but it only took a few minutes to receive our order. It was fresh and hot. Thanks for the good service and food!

Awesome restaurant, the food was excellent, fresh and delicious, Employees are very nice and very professional!

My mom came in with a mail sent coupon for panda that expired that same day. The employee lady helping her was very nice right up until the moment it came to pay and my mom gave her the coupon. The worker changed her nice attitude, said the coupon was expired and didn’t take it even though it was still the day off. The real issue wasn’t the coupon, it was the worker’s attitude switch that was completely unnecessary.

Terrible customer service! We ordered online and got notification that it's ready, but when we pick it up they say the order is cancelled and they cannot fulfill the order, then why did they even send notification that the order is ready? We were late for an event and had to scramble looking for other options.

Very rude. I bought 2 bowls, one with shrimp, the other with chicken dish. For the shrimp bowl, there was 2 shrimp left after they person added the shrimp to my bowl, and I asked if I could pay extra for the last 2 shrimp, and the guy had to go and ask the manager who emphatically said "NO" and even acted like they were mad for even asking. Every other place that sells "bowls" anywhere will always let you add extra meat, etc.to it if you ask. Not here, and are very very rude about it. I will never go here again, they are so rude. The food wasn't good either. The shrimp I did get tasted like it was made yesterday. I don't recommend this place to anyone due to the rude manager. Those 2 leftover shrimp were more important to her than anything!

Can you believe they ran out of their most popular selection? We had to wait a while for more to be cooked!
Otherwise, a good experience. We will be back.

Food was freshly made. Great customer service from the young lady who helped us it was her first day there. Could've had better customer service from the manager though. Will definitely be going back for food freshness and quality.

My food was awesome and if you sign up for the rewards you get $4 off your plate which i think is awesome. I will say that the lady who was training the man helping me wasnt very nice to him and i didnt like that. But the food was great!
