Drive through lady had horrible customer service and the other was wrong. Got home and the food wasn't fresh. It was old and dry. Went inside to get my order corrected and a different lady had equally bad customer service.

Drive thru girl sucks! Left us in the drive through for five minutes! Didn’t say hi hold on nothing. I said “hello” four times… she finally said can you wait. I left and went in the service inside was waaaayyy better. Another girl helped me thank God! Give the drive thru to someone who cares about their job! When I went inside she was walking around slowly, wasn’t even busy with any customers.

I literally didn't receive my receipt to give online feedback.

I ordered honey sesame got nothing but 2 pieces of meat and the rest were vegetables?

I came in tonight around 9pm. I didn’t catch her name but the girl with buttons all over her hat was rude and had no good customer service with me and I did not appreciate that. Especially when I’m hearing her properly greet other customers and tell them to have a great night and i didn’t get a word from her when I grabbed my food and left.

For the people that work there when I order for door dash to pick up my online order and when I receive my order and only receive a little bit of meat entree but a bit load of rice something isn’t right. Y’all need to give more on the entree and cut back on the rice servings or have the common sense to make order equal portions on both entree and rice!

I couldn’t finish my food matter of fact I barely got a chance to enjoy it because the food tasted so bad. Usually it’s pretty fair but not that day. Tossed right into the trash.

When they are almost out of entries or sides, you get a very small amount of food or sometimes just a couple of vegies and almost no meat. So when you see there is less in the pot, skip something else for more or wait, so you get what you paid for at least. Drive thru is giving you another surprise.
