Panda Express reviews
12Consistently leave food out of my orders. Never apologize for it. Management, please train your employees or find another line of work.
No one being waited on but employees kept Passing me without asking if I needed help on the front line
Had to wait a few minutes before someone helped me with my order.
Drove back home from traveling hungry so I stop by this panda checking out they're taste good Clean place good employees the best service
These are the most rude, incompetent employees I have ever encountered. Yikes. Maybe if you all hate your job that much then get another.
Got rice bowls for lunch. Orange chicken and teriyaki had plenty og meat. Kung pao chicken was mostly veggies
Staff routinely mishears "chow mein" as rice and are apparently incapable of asking for clarification when they don't remember. Seriously, stop giving me rice when I don't order it, the words sound nothing alike and once again you can always ask me again, I'd rather answer a question twice than keep getting your mediocre, flavorless rice.
We were showered with customer service and the food was excellent. They definately have it going on at this Panda Express. Excellent.
Rude workers didn't even acknowledge we were there to order on the inside of the lobby. Didn't say hi I'll be right with you but had time to play around and joke with each other. We walked out after 10 minutes.
Ordered the Family Feast, 2 large sides, 3 large entrees. Honey walnut shrimp, always delicious and my favorite. Mushroom chicken is divinely savory. Kung pao chicken is my husbands favorite. Fried rice was good. Chow mein could've been cooked a little longer, as well as the zucchini in the other entrees.
Service was fantastic, considering how busy it was. Employees were right on point and helpful.
Horrible customer service, they only give you half your order then feel it is a chore to give me the rest.
They took my money in drive through, told me to pull around to glass doors and I waited over 10 min. For my order after asking when ordering what they had as 1st thing ai ordered she said would be over 10 min. To cook which was terraki chicken. Then when it came out the little girl was very rude and after calling manager nothing done but saying ok. Drove away and then getting home I have wrong order!
