Super Busy! Even though the line looked long the associates came outside to help get you started so it moved pretty fast. Very sweet staff, 3 different girls gave me advice on what charms to buy and what they thought would look nice. (I was starting a charm bracelet for my wife and had no idea where to start)
Even with things being so busy I never felt rushed. I really appreciated how involved the customer service was at this location.

I had to go get my bracelet resized. They were very helpful even though it was close to closing. This location is close to my house so I will be back.

Loved the very informative cashiers - knowledgeable- helped my husband pick out the best Valentines gift

Well if you want rude looks and to be talked about as you walk out AFTER YOU STILL BOUGHT A RING this is the place to go. Usually really nice workers but I went there the other day with my husband and the lady that helped us so so rude didn’t even make eye contact or talk.she rolled her eyes when I asked to see another size. I understand with holidays it can be a busy time I’ve worked in retail so I know the difference between stressed and just rude. She then went up to her other co workers and I saw them all look at me and started laughing? We bought the ring so I don’t understand the rude looks and what was so funny.

I came here with my wife to get an idea what she likes and get her finger sized. They attended us quickly and the employee was very attentive in showing all the charms we ask for. Customer service is amazing! Most of the girls are super friendly, they give suggestions to your budget and needs/wants. Definitely recommend going here if you have questions or concerns. They aren't doing cleanings atm only down side. Untik further noticed they said.

Paid for warranty, then pandemic happened. I was on last days and they refused to fix my ring. They were not taking repairs so they would not replace. Just saying, this would be 3rd time because stones dont stay set It's bs. They should have extended it but no, they were just rude.

The lady who helped me was really nice & cleaned all 3 of my rings really good. Look just like new!

I love their charms, and their charming employees.it's constantly new varieties, they are not small and fragile and they are very well designed, pretty and have something for every occasion.i've found i more often buy online and get store pickup.but they clean your bracelets and are happy to let you look at any product and never seem overworked or annoyed.

Many items are not in the store. After we stood in the lone for 25 minutes, we chose the items we wanted to choose from. But there were only 1 available out of 6. Then we chose one that we did not see on the catalog but the sales person did not tell us! When we were about to pay for it we were told that it is a final sale item and cannot be exchanged or refunded! So we spend almost an hour to reach at this option. So I told her it is a gift what options do they have if the person doesn't like it. We got a gift reciept and were told if that happened it could be only exchanged with another final sale item. I think this is really a bad sale approach. There should have been options like store credit or alternative purchase options. Nope!

I was here to exchange a ring i had purchased earlier this year and i had no problems with the staff! They were very helpful and provided excellent service!

This is one of my favorite stores to visit. The customer service is always amazing. The girls there always take the time to talk to me and show me all the new stuff every time I come in, and they always remember who I am. This is such a great company to buy from! The jewelry is affordable, beautiful, and I am always able to find something different to add to my collection. My favorite part about this store is the variety of charms I have to choose from, there is always something new and unique available for me to commemorate the most important events and people in my life.
