This is one of the best pandora experience ive had. As soon as I entered, I was greeted in the welcomed. Very professional customer service. Store was neat clean and very inviting. I will gladly return.

The true definition of a family business. Gracie and Olivia made my wife and I feel just like family.

They answered all of our questions and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. They went above and beyond to make us feel like we were their only clients while there.

It’s refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares for their customers since it’s so rare now. Estilos Boutique will be our go to from now on for any future business.

I own a $$$ multi-thousand $$$ dollar bracelet. Over $5K. I went to the Vineyard location for cleaning. The representative on Wednesday, May 18th, 2022 was a rude and uninterested person. Stated No Cleaning till July. She acted completely uncaring and not interested in me as a customer at all You hire and let people work for you and represent your company like that? I will make sure to NEVER go to this location again

I loved the undivided attention and assistance I received at the Vineyard location. Melinda took such care to help me create 2 charm bracelets. She went above and beyond and helped me order a 3rd bracelet a different time that was mailed to me. I’m very happy with the excellent service I received at the Vineyard location.

Horrible service I purchased a charm on December 20th as a Christmas present for my twin sisters. Well turn out that my other sister had brought the same charm so I decided to get something else in Dallas thinking once I get home just run to the store and returning it right, well I drove there Monday and it was closed until Wednesday. So I decided to wait, have in mind the gift was wrapped since the minute I got home from making that purchase. I open it this morning to go ahead and return it, I had to used one of my pandora box that I had from another purchase my husband made because they only provided with a little bag at the time of purchase even though I asked for a box the lady said they were short on all their boxes and bags which I even ask if I could pay for one, she said no and it was fine I just purchased a box from the Walmart and wrapped it. Now I arrived there and told them what happened and the lady said that she couldn’t proceed with my return because the item look used that it wasn’t like the other charms, I told her that nobody has use it that it was meant as a present and I show them my ticket that it was purchased recently and they even looked it up because it look like she was trying to insinuate that it was an old purchase I told them it hasn’t been used the way it is is the way I got it. She proceeded to check all my purchases and even my husband’s account to make sure it was right and then she still has the guts to say they don’t sell used merchandise when clearly they do. How in the world I’m gonna used something that was wrapped as a present until today. Unless a ghost was using the dam charm and forgot to let me know. This people are hungry for money. Very unprofessional and selling used stuff just for whenever someone try to return it they can say ohh sorry but it’s used I can’t return it. Well I called costumer service and they were able to resolve my issue but people DO NOT BUY AT THIS STORE, THE ITEMS ARE USED AND COSTUMER SERVICE IS GROTESQUE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Over the years I have purchased Pandora jewelry and charms for my wife at this location. My daughter recently received a bracelet and charm for her birthday from her grandparents up north, but the bracelet was three sizes to big. I took all the original stuff (bracelet, charm, packaging, and receipt) and requested to do an exchange for a smaller version of the bracelet. I was told they would not exchange even with all original packaging and receipt as it is against their policy. They recommended I drive to my in-laws up north and exchange.

This made no sense so I called the La Cantera location. They said they absolutely would exchange, and they did! The picture is from the La Cantera location 15 minutes later. I will no longer go to this store as they obviously don’t have a good grasp of customer service and supporting their long term customers!

You may have saved some minor inconvenience, but you lost the future sales for not only my wife and daughter.

Your sign says #shoplocal.not for me anymore. I will drive an extra 10-15 minutes from this point forward to do my shopping at the La Cantera location!

If I could I’d definitely not give this place any stars. Horrible management I use to work here and I left because everybody talks about everybody. I felt that I didn’t have the proper training i literally felt like I was hired to clean. I asked for my pay stubs and was told they don’t give pay stubs doesn’t make sense. I still haven’t even received my last paycheck I was told I was not going to receive it until I turned in my COVID test results. However the owners had a friend who had Covid and before they got their test results they were right back at work They never showed anyone results of a negative. And a week after I got COVID.retested two weeks after got my negative and went back to work and now they want it since I decided it wasn’t working out Everything they do here is so off to me makes sense why people end up leaving. They still haven’t returned my calls or text. It’s illegal what their doing but I will get to the bottom of it.

I just want to start off by saying everyone at this location are the most humble and honest people I have ever been around and worked with. All my coworkers were very sweet, and the days would just go by so fast because we would have a good time working. I worked closely with the owners, and never have had the best guidance of people at a workplace. And they taught me a lot about owning a business.
Everyone there has been with the company for a long time because they treat you with respect and loyalty, when you genuinely show your dedication.
Its upsetting to see a bad review by a short time employee that did a NCNS, knowing myself how great everyone there is.
I have had a handful of different jobs and this by far was my favorite place to work, and will forever be grateful for the opportunity with them.

I love this place! It was so much fun being part of a great team. Having no sales experience, I received outstanding training from the managers, Melinda and MIlton. I've enjoyed shopping there because not only do they sale Pandora, they also carry a wide variety of just becasue gifts that I can give to family and friends. Unfortunately, due to unforseen health issues, I had to stop working. Melinda and Milton were so understanding and expressed their sincere concern for my well-being. Highly recommend this store for great service and gifts!

Great staff! This location caters to the customer! They are knowledgeable of all the collections and truly offer options to make your bracelet or necklace a beautiful piece to have!
Have shopped here for years!
