Bland and flavorless, well overpriced for what you get now, used to be much better. Food came out cold and incorrect, staff was rude when addressing the fox

You’re telling me that these two sandwiches are the same BBQ Chicken Sandwich?
The one on the right straight up look like leftovers lol.
Horrible and rude staff.

@ 7: 29pm on a Wednesday they’re sold out of all of their soups and MAC & cheese, no one at the counter to help or answer any questions

There was no one at the counter when we came in. We had to wait for someone to wait on us.there were 3 people working & no one up front. Out of mac & cheese at noon. For the 2nd day in a row. The man who waited on us was dismissive & irritated by our presence. To top it all off, I didn’t get what I ordered. Won’t go there again.

Ordered the classic and popular frontega chicken. Was a huge disappointment considering the meager and scant amount of chicken on the sandwich. Photo below worth a thousand words.

Just recently moved this week to TX and came here 3x and each time my order was incorrect.but it is kept very clean!

Walked in and stood at the registers to order. The woman behind the counter said that they don't have registers anymore and that I would have to use the kiosk to order. When I informed her that I wanted to pay with cash, she told me that I could wait until someone opened a register. I will never come back to this panera. That was the easiest way to lose all of my business. Congrats.

I ordered the Chipotle Chicken sandwich, Turkey Chile and Chicken Noodle soup. Everything was DELICIOUS!

Ordered a Mediterranean sandwich through the drive-tru because I was in a rush well I get to open my sandwich and totally not what I expected the amount of ingredients just in 1 blob of the bread there is no humus and not sure if there was a hair or a piece of plastic in the sandwich disgusted

My family and I visited this Panera location for the very first time. The restaurant is huge, nice, and clean. There are 4 self-ordering kiosks that were easy and convenient to use. There are 2 beverage stations: one is for coffee and tea (in the front), while the other is for cold drinks (in the back of the dining room). The food was enjoyable. Restrooms are in the back. Wifi is fast. Aside from having a huge dining room, they also have patio seating. There’s ample parking, and they have a drive-thru. I took off 1 star because (1) the dark roast coffee wasn’t hot; (2) there’s almost always no one in the front counter so that customers who want to order from a person stood and waited there for 3-5 minutes; (3) one of the self-order kiosks was acting up; and (4) they have very limited pastry offerings.

Fresh your food and very friendly. Employees, especially Paula is very friendly and she remember you, remember your order and very helpful. It feels like home.

3 items from a 4 item order was wrong, they act like they don’t see or hear you, and when i tried talking to the manager she got loud and said if we want a refund, we said its not about the money and its the time that got wasted.disappointing service and management.

I used to always go here until they hired some bad staff and a homeless guy started to frequent this place. Never again!

Went in to pick up an order for a flatbread, 2 hot sandwiches and 3 bowls of soup from the Panera at Katy Mills on Kingsland. Returned home and the flatbread order was wrong. Called and asked them to make a new pizza and 2 new sandwiches so we wouldn’t have to eat sandwiches that had been sitting around cooling for over an hour by the time I made the round trip again. They refused and said they would only replace the pizza. This was the third time this location had gotten my order wrong. It was the first time we had ever asked for them to replace anything. Very disappointing. Panera’s food quality and customer service in general has gone way down in the last few years. I used to order once a week for my family and spend about $50+. I’m pretty sure I’m done with Panera. Just not worth the hassle and the rude treatment.

I've always been a Panera fan but have almost always ordered for home delivery from this location.

Service is very quick, my meal took about 5 minutes to get ready. There's lots of indoor and outdoor seating.

Personally, I find their combos to be very good value for money.

Horrible horrible horrible. Rude staff, messes up orders, food came with missing items, tasted bad. Never going here again.

It's not that bad with kitchen as it is with personnel. Try to avoid this place unless it is your only option.

EVERY TIME I come to this location they mess up my order and make the food incorrectly! It's so frustrating being that their prices are ridiculously high for soup and a sandwich! Will not be going back until employees are better trained on food preparation and customer service! Do BETTER Panera Bread!

They always mess up my order special when I order the Tuesday bagel special! Also when I order a special request they seem to ALWAYS mess it up I will never come or order from this location again.
