Cafe Panera Bread reviews
16This location sucks, drive to the other one down 45, much cleaner, nicer staff and has the kiosk to order yourself instead of wait 10 minutes in a line with only one person in front of you.
58 years old and first time at Panera Bread. I had the Broccoli Mac and Cheese and an Asiago Cheese Bagel w/ cream cheese. $8.45 awesome price! ABSOLUTELY DEE-WISHOUS! As Arnold Schwarzenegger would say. I'LL BE BACK!
Yummy as always but the actual restaurant is falling apart and I felt a little gross being here
This location is great! The food is always fresh and good. The staff is friendly. The only thing is if you don’t have a half hour don’t drive through. Put your order in online in advance. Overall great spot.
I ordered the chicken sandwich and got extremely sick that night into the morning. I should have known better as when I walked in, the red flags were all over the place. From lack of cleanliness, cold food that is supposed to be served warm and less than enthusiastic staff members. Won’t visit this location again.
Messed up my chai latte by making it way too strong, which is weird because it's a pre-made mix, so how do you mess that up?
Anyways, gross food, gross service, and one in this place smiles. Every worker looks like they want to die. Depressing is an understatement. Rude is an understatement. I was quickly reminded of why I never usually come to Panera. Thoroughly disgusted.
Cesar salad was ONLY lettuce and only filled dressing cup half way. Check out the sandwhich and you tell me if it looks like the pictures. Almost nothing on it and cost over $10.
Had Panera bread for the first time and was so good had the soup and sandwich combo with a drink. The lady at the front that took my order was nice and friendly. Everyone here was so nice the was top notch would definitely recommend people at the location here.
Ordered to go food and accidentally said for here. Realized my mistake before checking out and asked the cashier to change it to go. He said he couldn’t and I should just wait for it to come to a table then send it back and ask then to bag it up. That seemed like a waste and there was no one else on line so I asked them to go tell them in the kitchen the order was to go. Thirty minutes later the food comes out. Not to go. By this time we have waited so long we decide to eat there. Ordered a sandwich without tomatoes which then came with tomatoes. This place is really slow with no attention to detail.
I always enjoy eating at Panera Bread. This was my first time trying there Flatbread pepperoni pizza and it was really good. There tomato basil soup and salad is always good and served hot. There brownies don't last long, due to them being so soft and moist. They have a variety of drinks I believe you will love. The green tea is my favorite. I like the Mediterranean sandwich, also. The service is great.kind and friendly staff. Order online or app, curbside, or dine in, you won't be disappointed.
I am so happy with this place! Charley is a rock star! I love the cappuccinos, the suffle, and the other yummy stuff
I went into Panera today looking forward to the autumn squash soup the website it will be available after 10 am I went in at 10: 30 and none of the soups were ready. Seems like this Panera is having management problems. Seems no salads were available at 11: 30 people were upset
Always good food and service. Comfortable. Able to do homework on my laptop without interruption.
They fail to list all of the ingredients on the menu. When you order - expect something extra on your sandwich. The drive through menu doesn't clearly label everything they put on each sandwich. Quite frustrating when you pick up lunch drive home and you find out the entire sandwich comes in a bath of horseradish mayonnaise dolloped with picked red onions.
Absolutely disgusting and dangerous if you have an allergy.
Corporate should be responsible for clearly labeling the food they are trying to sell people.
Good option away the normal fast food restaurant. Nice variety of soups, salads and healthy sandwiches served with or without bread. Allyssa Martin was friendly and helpful.
I love Panera bread, but the lady on the front counter at lunchtime at this location is very slow; plus she doesn’t listen to what you tell her. You have to keep repeating your order to her.
Then, I go back to work with the food and there weren’t any spoons in the bag. I can’t eat soup with a fork! This facility is poorly managed, the owner needs to take control of this place, it’s a hot mess!
