Not happy today. Very disappointed in service.
The staff, which were many, were standing around talking while there were customers at the register and I was waiting for my online order, which is usually ready and waiting when I get there.
One of the staff said the customer needs help at the register, and I heard "I'm off, somebody else gonna have to help them"
I waited for quite a while before someone finally asked if I needed help. Everyone was ignoring us customers. A very nice young man helped me, from the time he asked until the time I left. I'm sorry that I didn't catch his name.
So while I am waiting for my food a woman, staff member, was leaning on the counter where the food comes out and is on her phone. The young man finally had to reach around her and found my food sitting there waiting to be finished. She said where was that? He said apparently right here. She said "How long was this lady waiting? He said, "a while" She was leaning on the counter hiding my food. So very unprofessional and unsanitary. It makes my not want to return to this location.

Only one star for the matter that this a place that mostly is popular for their delicious variety of bread and the amazing bagels.but its so disappointed that every time I stop by or send someone to buy is always no bread I have to choose something else from the menu because there is no bread available to make what they advertise on the menu and also online.
The management has to give attention of this business ppl should be able to order what's on the menu with no problem I don't wanna change my panera location because I like this one is convenient near to my shop.
But stop by and not been able to order the item I need is very disappointed.

Nobody knew where to order when walking in, Food had no flavor, bathroom floors were so wet with overflowed toilets you couldn't even take your pants down without them getting wet. When it was mentioned, was told we know, we finnin to mop it.

Maybe it was a rough night. We're big Panera fans and we travel full time. This location had dusty walls, dirty counters, a little girl (maybe 6?) running around into the kitchen. This wasn't my favorite experience. There was also a weird smell like yeasty chlorine.

I have been a Panera customer for years. I have seen this company flourish since the 90s in North Carolina and then in t hff e Houston area. Unfortunately today was not a good day at this location. The table is sticky and dirty, the floors are terrible, the restroom needs an overhaul and the food, insipid, expensive and not attractive. A real pity.
I wonder what direction is the organization taking? Most locations in the area are not performing at all. If you are looking for a Panera place, this is not the one.

I like Panera. At this location, zero customer service. No one at the cash register, one person in dining. About 3 or 4 people in the pick-up window literally doing nothing but on their phone and shooting the breeze. Terrible

I always ask for an extra pickle when I purchase a turkey avocado BLT sandwich (the whole) with a mint lemonade. So a $17 meal and they NEVER INCLUDE IT. NEVER. Disappointed every time.

I pulled up at 7: 51pm on a Sunday and the first thing the young lady says is, I’m sorry, we are closing in 5 minutes. I asked, but you’re still open though right? And she said yea but we are putting everything up. 8pm IS 8pm, correct? Is this what customer service is coming to when all I wanted was soup?

This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. I went through the drive through tonight and the attendant there was a little black girl with attitude and when I pulled up to the window she said $21.52 and nothing else. Then afterwards another girl came and hand me over the food and when I asked her if everything was there and she said she didn’t know but that’s it. Every time I go here I get disappointed. Their workers are rude and don’t even know what customer service is. I am NOT going here again to embarrass myself and I would ask everyone else to avoid this shi**y place.

I placed a delivery order from this location online. There are few options to modify the order, and there is NO INFORMATION stating that online orders are delivered via a third-party supplier.
Not only was my lunch late, the items were literally thrown into 2 separate bags and brought to me.

The bread for my salads was not wrapped. It was thrown in the bottom of the bag like trash. No foil, plastic wrap or container provided. Cold sandwiches were stacked on top of hot ones.

I specifically asked for cookies to be added to each order. NO COOKIES were delivered and NO COMMUNICATION was provided to inform me that cookies would not be delivered. At the very least, someone from the store should have called, emailed or let me know that cookies could be provided at an additional cost.

When I called the store, the Associate Manger was very little help. He only offered to "talk to the associates". In addition, after explaining everything to him, he suggested that I call back tomorrow and talk with the General Manager.

This is VERY POOR customer service!
To the Associate store manger: The right thing to do was to take my name and number, explain the issue to the General Manger and ask him to call me, the customer when he was at the restaurant.

I will not use this location again. I will share this very unprofessional and lack of concern experience with my associates and ask them to do the same.

The best Customer Service everytime to go thru the drive thru, all these employees at this location, hear me, friendly tone, have a smile (or mask) that's ok. Thank you a forever customer
