Panera Bread, Pearland TX

Ordered for pick-up a warm Mediterranean bowl and received a bowl of JUST RICE.because they ran out of every single other ingredient. 8 missing ingredients is ridiculous, and the fact they put this order on the pick-up shelf is even crazier. I wasn't told, wasn't given a refund, and only realized after driving away.

The oatmeal was salty, and the bagel was not toasted after requesting it to be. Staff was polite, just wished the food was better.

Small portions, AC freezing & cools your food/drinks (about 68*F), slow app which doesn't remember even for an hour what you're preparing to order later that day if you're making a few stops before Panera & wanna have your order ready to JUST hit "send", THE shabbiest interior in any Pearland restaurant, and they run out of ingredients more than most restaurants.

Generally the food is pretty good and portions are fine (even if prices seem to have gone up). I’m pretty happy with the pastries, sandwiches and soups. Flatbreads are also good. However, I have always, always, always had issues with missing items in my orders from this location! I’ve even tried calling corporate after several years of this happening, and was told that this and other nearby locations are franchise-owned, and that the district manager will contact me with a resolution. That was about three years ago…

I recommend ordering delivery through a 3rd party app. That way, you can at least be compensated when your items are inevitably missing.

I never go in anymore, so I can’t speak for the interior or the service. They used to be super friendly, though!

Just picked up a mobile order that said it was ready but it never is. I had to stand in line and wait to be acknowledged by 3 employees at the counter. They just looked at me and didn’t say a word. The lady finally said she would be with me after waiting and waiting about 10 minutes. Still had to wait for my food some more after she asked me if I was going to be ordering. I told the lady my name and I waited at the counter but they placed the food on the pickup counter and didn’t tell me, then she asks me again what the name was and went and got it and gave it to me, just WOW. Horribly Poor customer service always specially today and food is good except the portions for the price are awful. Will start going elsewhere or different locations.

Went here for lunch with my wife and was disgusted by how dirty this restaurant is. Fix your nasty drop-ceiling!

Got one of the new sandwiches, smokey buffalo chicken melt. The chicken was not fresh, had that old refrigerated taste. Also another complaint is they cannot do 1/2 sandwich option to pair w soup. They only sell it whole and take 1 dollar off if you combine w soup.

When they say Panera is like glorified hospital food it's the truth I spent $58 for a tiny flavorless chicken sandwich a salad with barely any of the fake chicken and the lettuce was wilted and brown It really was just a disappointment and a waste of time and money. It's sad that they've gone downhill.

First, bathrooms are somewhat dirty on 2 different days (for men also - guy I'm with says even the Walmart next door is cleaner), and they don't even filter the grounds out of the coffee, yet are almost as expensive as Starbucks, even Mc Donald's coffee is better.then also. Tiny portions for the breakfast & sandwiches, thin soups, scant ingredients of high value in the salads - despite also being HELLA high cost than most competitors.

Chairs, bathroom fixtures, & interior finishes also are VERY old (peeling & cracking vinyl/tiles/trim etc on floors too, and no auto-flush nor hands-free sinks, & they don't mop up as often as even Walmart does).

It's like Starbucks, but a slight savings with WAY poorer quality.

Manager should be fired just because he hired the worst front desk managers. Very bad manner, lack of knowledge of the food. Also no responsibility sense. This is the worst panera bread outlet in town.

I will never eat here again. This place to so unsanitary. So much so I got FOOD POISONING and was horifically sick and vomiting for 3 days straight. It was just around 10am something when I went there for breaskfast. I don't now if it was the egg bacon sandwich or the blueberries scone one of the employees reccomend me to get. All I know is with that being my first meal of the day not 1 hours later my whole body felt off the the vomiting followed. I have never been sick like that in my life. This happen around a month or so ago. I just drove past that same Panera Bread today, Reminding of my experience. Never again will I step foot in a Panera Bread. IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK!

I have been to many Panera bread, restaurants all over the city in the last few days. Excellent service, atmosphere and food every single time.

The staff were kind and the food was alright, though the noise from the highway was off-putting. The large glass windows are normally nice but not when they open into strip malls and a highway, no other gripes though.

Panera is a great place to eating with friends and family, study for a couple hours, and even working. They have unlimited refills for coffee and other drinks. They got fresh bagels and pastries everyday. Their service is quick at this location compared to others I’ve been too. Definitely recommend to try!

This is for Panera Bread Store # 204123 the girl at the counter acted like she was doing me a favor by waiting on me, why do these store managers always put someone who could care less about the customers at the ordering station, all she wanted to do is sit back down and get back on her phone! Food was good but because of the girl at the counter we will never go back to that Panera

Half stars due to the sad look bathroom and uncomfortable seats, descent study atmosphere, loud at times. The smoothies are very good and the sandwiches

I came to Panera yesterday since it's been my favorite restaurant for awhile now. The service here absolutely disgusted me. The managers/Brea were very unfriendly and gave off dirty looks.especially towards their own employees.

No chicken in my Fuji apple chicken salad. Not a single piece. Got it to go so there wasn’t much I could do about it after arriving home. My husband got the chicken sandwich and he was missing the vegetables - just chicken. The irony. Anyways - poor quality control. Check your food before thoroughly before leaving.

Very disappointed, Pearland. I pride myself where I live. But as every day goes by it gets worse and worse. The attitude of D. G. A. F Is uncontrollable.
Brought my little girl here to have breakfast and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. The poor cashier had no idea what she was doing and couldn't answer questions about what comes on the sandwich. Then I take out little number (sticky and gross) go to the coffee bar milk, sugar, all over place no napkins there are maybe 5 people in lobby and only 1 table I see that is clean. All others have trash under and top of tables. Take my daughter to restroom to wash hands. Completely dirty there. Toilets don't work.
Come tell someone they said " I'll let someone know " that was it.then food comes and not what we ordered bring to attention to the counter, after the little miss don't want to be here smacks her lips and said nothing rolls her eyes was away. I was missing egg in my sandwiche. Went to cooking area. Makes egg and gives to me on plate to insert in my sandwiche on my own.
I'm not that person I'm ok with doing for my self. But Come One People.show that you want your job. Show you care about the environment. I guess I should eat at home lime my momma said.
