Cafe Panera Bread reviews
31We placed our order with Ubereats. When I received the package I was shocked to see the open paper bag with bread just put in it without being covered. I find it hard to believe that one year into the pandemic panera Bread has not improvised the packaging of the bread. The package was open while it waited for the Uber driver to pick it up, breathed on while he/she carried to the car, and then open for any microbes to settle in on our food before it was kept on our door step, still open! I hope Panera bread improves the way food is packaged and handled. The bread can at the very least be packed in a paper bag that is sealed and the outer package is also sealed like any other cafes are doing. I called the cafe, and spoke with one of the managers. He was polite and receptive. From what I understood from the conversation is that this needs change at the corporate level. He did say, the cafe will respect a request to cover and seal the order. I have left a feedback on Panerabread.com, and sincerely hope Panera Bread management makes some changes to suit the current health risks.
I normally really enjoy Panera but this location was not good. Customer service was great, my pizza was under cooked, tables were dirty, and the salad was not made how asked.
The reason for My 5 Star review are Alejandro, Dora and Evoli, Managers can learn a thing or two about Good Service from Those 3, also great food, fair prices, Alejandro deserves to be promoted!
Everyone was so nice and the food was fantastic. The vegetable soup and the chipotle melt blow my mind!
I paid cash. I received $2 back in change bc no bills in the register. I ordered green tea. When I went to the ice/tea machines, the ice tray was dirty & no green tea was even made. I tried some pear/ginger tea instead. It was not good. This Panera was disappointing.
They provide milk and almond milk whereas some other locations don't. Plastic folk and knife though.
At the Copperfield and Katy Get locations, scouffles are often not ready in the first 15~30 minutes after opening.
The experience was horrible at that Panera Bread. Hwy 6 and FM529. I went in ordered French Onion to go. I get home and my topping was corn chips! Gross! What happened to croutons! Then I thought, that’s at La Madeline. I called and they didn’t care. Whoever answered the phone, had a attitude and said croutons is not served with French Onion Soup. It’s tortilla strips. Lol! What a slap in the face to French onion soup lover. Oh well, won’t be going there anymore.
Good food & friendly people. That being said the location is a little out dated and the Entrance is a little hard to get into the doors broken I believe.
I was down that morning but a family was there with a baby a year or more he made my day he remains me why we must love one another
Bad experience, coffee was cold no Brown sugar. No music every employee looked bored.
The door at the entrance really dirty looks like never been clean.
Be careful with your breakfast choice! Bread and pastries pass but the sausage and egg in the breakfast sandwich looks like what one can get at McDonalds. Also, the steel cut oatmeal is dry, inedible. Given that this is the first time we have breakfast at Panera, not sure if our experience is typical of breakfast or just breakfast at this location.
Excellent food. Very rude manager, Yeni or something like that. She proceeded to yell and berate the cashier Jason while I was getting rang up. Felt very sorry for him
I noticed that the chicken apple salad portion is smaller.probably 20 percent reduction. Compared to Nashville LA. ETC
Didn’t get what i had ordered over the phone, had to go back inside to get what i asked for. Horrible.
Food was good and the place was clean. The young lady behind the counter gave great service. Her name was Morgan.
Calling in an order is practically impossible! Their line is always busy. During lunch it’s vital for working people on a time schedule.
French onion soup was great, but the frozen lemonades separated before they made it to the table.
Food is good but the dinning room was dirty and there was a terrible smell. Do you wonder what the food prep area is like? Clean it up and I will give you 5 stars
Pretty good food. It was my first time eating Panera Bread and I actually enjoyed it. Clean location with attentive and friendly staff.
This location constantly runs out of basic ingredients and baked goods. Definitely not the best location to go to.
