Papa John's Pizza, Katy TX

I ordered pizza for my family every Tuesday it's pizza night. For the past 2 weeks it has been horrible 1.5 hour wait. Then it gets here and is not hot horrible quality. So disappointed.

Ordered online at 9: 40pm. Called at 10: 43pm to check the status of my order and the girl told me my pizza was sitting under the light but she had no idea when my pizza would be delivered because there was only one driver and many orders ahead of me. She then claimed to be the manager then later said she was the shift leader after hanging up on me after refusing to give me her name. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I'm in shock how I was treated by a big name company. Now I'm left hungry and upset

The food was hot and yummy! The person who delivered our pizzas was super nice and also very careful to social distance. My granddaughter was so excited and happy when she saw him bring our pizzas to the door and he was very nice and told her he was excited to bring them to her.:) Great experience overall. Highly recommend!

I love this place, I get great service every time I go. The order is always correct, it's my go-to pizza place.

We have been ordering from this location for delivery for the past 2 years. To date the orders have been correct, hot and quick delivery time. The drivers have always been polite and courtesy.

This Papa Johns Pizza is horrible management are not professional they are all kids young minded. They need education training. They are always hiring when driving by. You'll see the sign every day down Fry Rd. They Dont care!

NO ONE, including the cooks were wearing masks while we are in the middle of COVID19. I don’t know if Jonathan the manager is aware of these unsafe practices, but the owner should be. I’ll never order from this location again!

If someone asks for the delivery driver not to ring the doorbell at 11pm because their child is sleeping, please don’t ignore the request, especially when it’s typed into the delivery notes. This is the second time this has happened!

Went there, was very disappointed in the $6.99 special, no choice of bread, no choice of meat. I already had stop going because of papa John's statement. But when he left I decided to try the pizza again. If he returns. I WILL NEVER EAT PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA AGAIN!

Driver couldn’t find house, said I give up. So I called the location and they said they couldn’t do anything besides give me my money back. All I wanted them was to make me new fresh pizzas but they declined cause the ovens were off.
That’s customer service for you right there.

A quitter because he couldn’t finde the address and a supervisor that would start up an easy bake oven for me.

Went on line to place an order for delivery and could not believe how over-priced they were! Go to Little Ceasers, Great pizza at a much better price!

Very unprofessional staff, giving info on the phone for home delivery was like speaking with a 2nd grader - I had to spell out everything for three times - so annoying then decided to pick it up from the store; the pizza tasted awful. Not gonna be a returning customer.

Staff messed up on address, driver called asking for directions, then the store called saying they don't deliver to us. Talked to the manager he told me it was my problem not the staffs for not verifying their delivery area prior to making pizza.

BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDD customer service pissed poor manager. Absolutely does not know how to talk to a pissed off customer. Go back to training remember customer have other choices. This customer would choose your competitor for pizza next time. Congratulations if there is zero star you would earn them.

My food arrived earlier than expected the food is wonderfulthank you Papa John's! The pizza and wings are delicious keep up the good work

My first papa johns pizzas ever, and i was not disappointed. Pan pizza was awesome, thin crust was ok. We did a carry out, and had our first slice in the parking lot. Lol.

Had a large pizza delivered and 50% of the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. #deliveryfail

We had pizza delivered the driver was friendly and professional, the pizza's were hot and delicious.

Extremely poor customer service and if you can't order by there cut off time don't bother you will not get any food unless it's delivery which will be just about a 2 hour wait. Sadly will NEVER be attempting to order anything from papa johns again, I unsubscribed from there emails.

My pizza was an hr and a half late because they went to the wrong address. When I called they said it was not their fault and that the GM didn't like to give away free pizza. Soooooo. I won't be ordering from them again.
