Im just saying Dave is not a manager 1st can't tell the truth and has lied ever since and wouldn't order from fry rd

$20 for a large two topping, they don’t even try and be competitive with pricing. It’s not gourmet pizza

I should have gone with the basic Hawaiian and meat lovers. They had some special version of those and they cost around $20 each. The regular ones are around $13. I had a coupon for one free so I figured $20ish for two was ok. Should have just spent the $13. I found the taste off and wishing I had gotten a Little Caesars or Cicis pizza. Never have I disliked pizza from here before so I don't know what happened. I disliked both something was off.

Let me start off by saying I use yo be a big fan loyal customer. Today I Oder a pizza I spend $38 for pizza, there was little to no sauce the pizza tasted old. I call to see what is going on I was told that they make the pizza in the morning, which tells mean that it was just sitting out. I told the man that I come for a refund I am sick throwing up because of this pizza this is not okay. Nothing on a pizza is made to be sitting out. I will be taking legal action this out of hanf

I have been to this Papa Johns twice, and each time they could not have been nicer. The young kids who work there greet you in a friendly way, the food tastes great, and the woman who is either the manager or owner is maybe the nicest person in the food business that I have experienced. She is so friendly and she truly cares about making sure the customer has a good experience there and with the food. She supports our local Taylor HS kids by displaying the school colors and football helmet in the store. When I want pizza, I will always choose this Papa Johns. Great food and outstanding customer service.

When it comes to Pizza as Forrest Gump said, "it's like a box of chocolates you never know what you're going to get".
I will say Papa John's typically delivers a pretty good pizza, hot & freshly made. I consider it the best of the carryout.

I'm sorry, but I always like pizza hut, but it was back in Dallas, but here I like papa John's much better, cause pizza hut is not the same at all, no flavor, but that's the way it is ‍️ thank you

I’m so disappointed before the pizza was good and the service was bad but we ordered a pizza and they forgot the sauce Wth when I called to complain they offered me another pizza 1/2 price this is horrible customer service

I purchased Garlic Parmesan wings, they gave me the wings in a box that was dripping sauce which got all over my clothes. I asked them if this is how they serve their customer and they replied “I mean that’s what Garlic Parm does”, I eat at PJs twice a week and this was my first time having an issue like this. They didn’t wrap the foil around the wings as they should’ve, they just threw it in the box! They asked if I wanted a bag AFTER it was all over my pants as if that would fix the issue, my clothes are ruined and so was my experience at this location. Not to mention, when I walked in, they continued doing what they were doing and didn’t acknowledge me with a “hello” or anything & one of them was sitting on the counter looking at his phone. Very much so unprofessional! Thanks for the horrible experience and lack of execution when it comes to wrapping wings in foil!

Our one time in forever since my family and I eat pizza from a chain place and I remembered why I don't order from big names anymore
The food was fresh, tasted ok (especially for a 20 dollar pizza) and it was delivered fast
BUT.the pizza was wrong on one order and the other pizza was straight flipped around and looked like trash! So I give it 2 instead of one but step it tf up! Gotta make Papa proud

Sadly, this store has gotten worse. Now they're not serious about the quality of the food nor the service.

Ordered a pizza from Papa John's for the first time. While the pizza was delicious, it seemed a bit dry to me. Service was quick and online ordering and tracking works well.

Pizza order ready early on busy Superbowl Sunday with good taste and value. Excellent service.

Ordered pizza and wings on line for delivery. Ordered large 3 topping pizza with thin crust and 2 orders of wings. Pizza had no sauce on it
and the cheese was extremely thin. Crust was thin. WIngs were under cooked and had to be put in the oven prior to eating. Will not order from them again.

Today is Saturday August 15th. I am originally from Louisiana, Papa John's was frequently seen in my neighborhood when they first opened, bear out all the competition. I live in Texas now and last night's experience has completely turned me off! My tomato spinach pizza had more cheese than any other ingredients, like so thick and it was warm, luke warm, I had to microwave it, uggh! When I bit into the slice, everything slid off. Very disappointing I woke up at 3: 30 in the morning and I have been on the toilet ever since. Very sh$%#y experience.

I have ordered from Papa John's a lot in past year. Pizza is always hot and delivery is quick. No Contact delivery has worked out fine with no problems.
