The food was great. The experience was awful and the lights were not working inside.
I thought they were joking around the entire time, that's just how they operate.
Pizza was great.
And yes, the do not serve the Shaq-a-roni.

Will never order from it place anymore they have somemany pepole and still can't get a order right and male manager like to aruge with customers instead of fixing the issue. Is also sad when carryout say 14- 24 min and it take them 1hour to have it ready and they think it okay the app said your ready was ready and still not SMH. Zero stars Don't eat hear they don't wash hand after touching everything in store

Pepperoni's, Domino's, and Pizza Hut all have far, far superior customer service compared to this location.

I love the pizza here because it make it real good just the way you want it compared to other pizza places and the condiments that they give are for free not compared to other places that charge you, as for the service it was simple and fast and even though the people look exhausted they were friendly at the same time.

Best pizza experience I have had and I wondered about some of these reviews bc when you click on them the majority of these ppl are unhappy wherever they go or whatever they do idk? Weird…but I will certainly come back and order again the staff was friendly and helpful and I’m thinking the reason delivery and carry out times are so long bc it’s the best pizza around for the price. I know I’ll be back

The General Manager reached out and spoke with me about my bad experience. I was satisfied with his solution and response. I will give them a chance again since he was prompt and listened to me.

I ordered a pizza from the Richmond location, my pizza arrived with the toppings on the side of the box not on top of the pizza. I called the store to report the condition of the pizza, the store manager offered me a free pizza that will take 1: 15 minutes to arrive, I had waited 45 minutes for the 1st pizza to arrive. I requested a refund as waiting 2 hours for a pizza delivery is ridiculous, the manager told me they are not allowed to issue refunds and to contact the store owner. I am so disappointed and will never eat food from this location as this is the 3rd time my pizza arrived totally wrong. I just want my money back.

This was our first time ordering from this location and we were a little skeptical based on the reviews. Order was placed online and delivered within a reasonable time frame. We were pleasantly surprised that order was 100% correct and pizza looked and tasted delicious. We will definitely be ordering from this location in the near future, hope they continue to provide us with the same quality service and food each time.

I order here a lot since I’ve recently moved to the area. And I eat Papa John’s often due to me craving it during my pregnancy. But the last 3 orders my (Works) pizza never ever have darn Pepperoni on it. Why in the world my pizza is always missing the darn pepperoni.

So I ordered online due to us getting a coupon in the mail. I tried the code and it didn’t work, So i called the store to see if they can redeem them. Ended up finally reaching the manager and i told him about the coupon i received. He stated oh this won’t work at our location cause university location is your zip. I said why is my gpa showing y’all are closer.
Anyways he didn’t accept any coupons so i just ordered what i did. I called to confirm to make it ready by 7pm. We arrived and the pizza want even started. We got there at 7: 00 sharp.
Place was very very very dirty staff was all sweating and just looking at them wiping their faces and making pizzas just looked bad. So after waiting 20 min he brought the pizza himself to us and said ok all good to go. We asked him do we owe anything he said nope all good. So i left thinking to thank him for taking care of the order. We get home eat then i get a call. Not from the store but from a no caller ID number. Answered and he stats he needs a payment for the pizza since we didn’t pay. We said you told us we were good to go and would take care of us. So apparently he didn't take care of us. Calling and saying thought someone else took the payment then showing wasn’t paid. I gave him payment over phone and his name is John as general manager. He handled this very poorly and not professional to call from a no caller ID number. Won’t return. I would like someone higher up to reach out to me even the owner. Because i won’t ever return to this location

The other reviews seem about on par. Placed online order at 5: 58 PM. Said it was 100 min wait for delivery. Called dominoes in meantime and they said it was 15 for carry out. Called papa John’s back at 6: 14 PM to cancel my order. Lady on phone said your pizza is in the oven right now. Great no worries I’ll wait. Pizza arrived at my door 7: 44 PM. I called at 7: 23 PM to inquire again and was told it was out for delivery but the driver has many stops. Pizza wasn’t even warm I had to put in the microwave. No even worth contacting manager as it is a hassle and waste of time. I just won’t order from this location again. You lost my business.

Ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and when I got it the pizza was pushed to one side and all the grease soaked through one side of the box or maybe the pizza fell in a puddle of water as it was being delivered. Idk but it was trash and looked nasty!

I usually get Domino's, but I wanted to switch it up this weekend. So, for the first time in probably half a decade, I ordered from here.

It's a bit more expensive than similar competitors, but I found it to be worthwhile. The epic pepperoni stuffed crust was great, as were the stuffed spicy cheesy pepperoni knot things (can't recall the exact name, but I liked them).

What really blew me away was our pizza we ordered bacon on - it showed up with FULL STRIPS of bacon. Absolutely incredible - that's the most bacon I've ever gotten on a pizza, so it was a nice surprise.

They ran out of bleu cheese, but the driver called and was apologetic (and may have thrown in an extra one to make up for it.that or I am forgetting how to count).

In all, it was a positive experience from start to finish. Now if y'all can just develop an order tracker like Domino's, you'll REALLY be in business. ;)

Went to pick up order because I got a notification saying it was ready. When I got there I waited 20 minutes because it was still being made. When I tried asking the cashier why I got a message saying it was ready when it wasn't she cut me off and gave me a reason that made no sense to me. Everyone in the place looks depressed or mad. When I got home the garlic knots were almost completely dry. Probably not going to give them anymore of my business. Rude and sad environment.

I ordered a pizza at 3: 15 pm, who ever answered said it'll be delivered in an hour, 2 hours past and I called to check on the status of my order, only to be told, they don't know what happened but my order was canceled. I will not be ordering from here again.

So i placed my order LOL almost canceled it after seeing all those negative reviews. Anyways when I received my order everything looked and tasted great! I order a large pizza with wings it was delicious!

Gave us the wrong pizzas ordered meat loves waited an hour for the pizzas got cheese and Italian sausage instead

Ordered pizza at 6: 15 for a 7: 30 delivery time for my kids with the babysitter. Called at 7: 45 to check on status as it hadn’t been delivered and was told it was on the way. Pizza finally arrived at 8: 35. This will be the last time I order from them as it is common for them to not get pizzas delivered anywhere close to the scheduled delivery times.

All there staff are rude, I ordered pizza they said it will be available in 15min, I waited in my car for more than 20min, when I went inside to get my order they where telling me the did not make my pizza that They will cancel my order, so ridiculous, I have my baby in the car crying for the the pizza, they are so selfish.

Had the audacity to say they are open but don’t want to cook any pizza very disappointed and disatisfied won’t be coming back anytime soon
