Papa Johns Pizza, Harker Heights TX

BB is the go to person. Took care of a situation that wasn't his fault at all. Helped me through the whole thing this review is for him and what he did for my family and I. Thank you very much for you being you.

Not sure what happened, but our three stuffed crust pizzas were over cooked. It was really hard and difficult to eat. Maybe the cook time for stuffed crust pizzas needs to be adjusted compared to the regular pizzas. We ended up ordering pizzas from another place.

This pizza shop never and will never have a quality control policy. I’ve used them for the last seven years, and I gave up.you would never get your, whatever double, ingredient you ask. And you will always have a big crust rime that extend an inch inward.order somewhere else and hopefully will have luck.

Editing my previous review because post pandemic this place is not what it used to be, we won't be coming back to this Papa John's I've come to expect an issue here and there when placing to-go orders but to find HAIR in my food is NOT okay, not even a little bit - as a former one myself, servers need to wrap their head & facial hair before preparing people's food. This wasn't just a short piece of hair either, it was a long piece of synthetic weave/wig hair. Threw the rest of The Shaq out because why chance eating more hair? Thanks but no thanks

Ordered a specialty pizza and a Papa John's pizza bowl both, my husband and myself got food poisoning from spoiled sausage on the food. Threw it in the trash and will not be returning. The restaurant doesn't look anything like the picture, it looks dirty and now we know it is! Stay far away from this restaurant!

The team tonight was friendly & make my order quickly. Candace is an amazing manager & Bailey did a great job he was professional & friendly!

Order the day before you expect to eat. A 30-40 minute delivery window became one and a half hours. Driver said she couldn't find the hotel, then upon actually getting here, immediately started yakking it up with the desk clerk. Terrible experience.

I love the flavor in the pizza. I really appreciate that they know what light cheese means, I’m able to taste everything else and not just the cheese.

Ordered a new York style pepperoni with extra cheese. Pizza arrived and the sticker indicated the correct order. Ended up cheese only. No big deal, mistakes happen. I called to see if I could just get a price adjustment and was told that I was wrong and that I ordered extra cheese only. I guess my screen shots showing my order are wrong to. Thanks for not putting your customer first. Last order with Papa John’s.

Think papa johns is really shorting us. The left is a "medium" and the right is a "large". Can't keep increasing your prices while the product gets smaller.

We ordered 16 pieces of buffalo wings. Notice the picture from the website and the ones we received. Disgusting how it was old chicken and they just lazily drenched it with buffalo sauce to make it buffalo chicken. Never order from this place again! Disgusting and a waste of money!

Very poor service! Took more then 2 hours when they are about 4 minutes away. And they never answered me if they did they hung up! Never again!

The pizza was good but not great. I ordered extra garlic butter dipping sauce, which I paid for, but did not receive it. It took a little longer time to deliver than I expected. I don't think this was because of the driver however. The driver was polite and courteous.

Would give 10 stars if I could! I placed an order online and it gave me the option of delivery. I contacted the store about when it would be delivered and I was told that delivery was not available to our address. Then the person I was talking to stated she would try to work it out. One of the drivers, Eddie, offered to deliver our food! Delivery was quick and the food was hot and fresh! Eddie was awesome! I am sorry I did not write down the name of the person on the phone, but she and Eddie went above and beyond for us!

Ordered on a Thursday during the day and got our delivery order fairly quickly. Everything was accurate & the delivery driver was polite.

We ordered two pizzas with white sauce. We were given red sauce instead. We told the call taker several times that we wanted white sauce. When we called back after receiving the wrong pizza, the call center sent us to the store. The man we spoke to at the store told us that we would have to wait another hour for them to send the correct pizza. We told them that some of the pizza was eaten by small children because it’s late and he told us that he would take that as we were satisfied with our order. He did not apologize or even make any attempts to rectify the situation. I am extremely disappointed with this pizza transaction and the brand should do more to maintain quality and standards regardless to the store or the call center making the mistake. This is so unacceptable!

THIS is how our Pizza was cut. "Not a big deal" many people might think but it makes you wonder what happened before the pizza was cut.

If you don't care enough to cut this pizza properly, what happened during the whole process of making my pizza? The same carelessness? Do you care about washing your hands? The ingredients?

I agree with other people that over the last months some things have changed here and not for good.
