Papa Johns Pizza, Tyler TX

This location sucks! The app will let you know that it will take 119-129 minutes ONLY AFTER the order is has been placed! Then they will deliver you a cold and incorrect pizza. I called to speak to the store manager, and she just continued to cut me off and finally said that she will make another pizza and send it out again. I said, "No, because it would have taken another 2 hours to get it! Not happy. She did not even offer a credit. I would recommend ordering elsewhere. No apology. I guess its just Tyler sucking with service. They completely messed up a simple order, and it arrived cold with no credit offered. I have also liked Papa John's for decades! Now my wife never wants it again. I'm from Frisco/Plano are and I would have never gone through this

Ordered a pizza online, after we paid it showed that it was going to be a 2 hour wait for pizza… Most pizza places will get it done in 30 minutes or less. Went to the location and asked for a refund since I didn’t have 2 hours to spend waiting. Upon entering, the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and yelled loudly for the manager/supervisor to come give me a refund. The guy that gave a refund was very nice, but after he was done with me he immediately went back to preparing food without even washing his hands or anything.

Good hot pizza (Shaqaroni) fast but not conscious if order is up seen communication was not good no one knew they needed something in order to make wings

Absolutely disgusted. Didn’t leave my order here where I work and won’t refund because they said my phone number was wrong. Checked papa johns app and it shows my correct number. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

There place is always friendly no matter what the team work is so great. Keep up the great work guys.

So very happy with the service at this store! The general manager, ALICIA TURNER was soo very kind and helpful. Order Was placed & delivered, quickly a PERFECTLY! I would definitely refer this to friends and family because of her! This is my go to store now!

I really like Papa Johns. The pizza is always fantastic and hot. But they're always so short staffed! Delivery usually takes about an hour (1 hr 3 minutes this latest time) so I don't order from them as much as I might otherwise. But if you don't mind the wait, the pizza is always great!

We got dinner from this location. They cut it at first, the standard triangle pieces and then realized we requested it to be square cut. Honestly, I liked that they cut it like this, both square and triangles. Very good pizza. They were running late due to something going on and I get that. Things happen. I have worked as a delivery person and know the printer for which the orders come in on for the preparers can jam. That sends a ripple for the pizzas getting done on time and out the door. They kept us updated. The wait was worth it.

Terrible service even worse customer service by the manager Alisha Turner. When you’re pizza is super late the last thing you want is all kinds of attitude from the manager. Order somewhere else

What can you say it's Papa John's. They never could find me for delivery till I gave them a landmark, "the big blue boat" now they know my address (the numbers jump sequence). Good pizza, good people.

The girl up front tonight was very super helpful and understood exactly what I wanted! She was very kind and polite, thank you papa johns yall are the best! I will definitely be returning for sure very good pricing, fast service!

There were 3 employees there & all were professional with me & I was very satisfied with my service & my food.
I was told to go by & pick up a "Big Un" When I walked in that's what I told them I wanted! Lol

Excellent pizzas tonight, especially with them being short staffed. They did an amazing job with delivery as well.

Waiting for over 2 hours for a single pizza? Thats outrageous, i ordered this to eat on my lunch break but i would hit compliance by the time its done, if it wouldve told me the wait time during checkout, I would have never ordered.
