Papa Johns Pizza, Aubrey TX

Me and my friends were harassed by a crew member/employee and no one did anything to help inside of the store. He followed us outside and kept persisting and pushing me to give my number.i told him i was 17 (which i am) and he said quote, “it’s fine, you’re grown”. This is completely unacceptable and something needs to be done.

3 weeks in a row delivery has been late. Really late. Today delivery took 2hrs because they are short on drivers. Today is my last day supporting this location. I posted on my neighborhood FB page and apparently this is the norm at this location.

Ordered delivery the driver asked me how much I was tipping before handing me the food I’d already paid for.the original crust pizza was undercooked and still dough with toppings and a lightly toasted bottom…

Went to puck up a call in order and the young man running the counter seemed completely lost! And I'm being VERY polite.

The few times I’ve ordered pizzas here has always been fresh. The customer service is great also!

I ordered pizza for delivery and received the wrong order.when I called about it I received attitude because of their mistake

Attempted to order online for delivery. The web app put in the incorrect pizza from what I selected. After my 3rd attempt to use the horribly buggy website, I decided to try and call them. The phone immediately rang to a prerecorded hold message. Very rude. No employee answered and asked me if I could hold, it just immediately rolled to the hold queue. At this point I couldn't care less how their pizza tastes. I will take my business elsewhere. You guys have CLEARLY earned your low reviews.

I gave them another chance. Bad decision. I tried the mobile app yet again. Got all the way to entering in my payment information and it spun and spun but wouldn't process the payment. Then I called the store. I attempted 4 times to order verbally with a young lady that was either too stupid too understand me or didn't speak English properly. I even attempted to order and speak Spanish to her. She didn't respond to the Spanish, then I asked her if she understood English, she said yes. Beyond frustrated at this point I asked her to put someone else on the phone that could understand English and take my order. When she refused. I hung up. I've wasted enough time with this horrible busines. I'll also be filing a complaint with their corporate office. This would be am excellent location to lose their franchise license.

We ordered online for delivery, placed the order, and then it randomly switched us to takeout! Had to drive 20 minutes there and back! Got home only to find out our boneless wings are actually bone in! Absolutely frustrating and annoying. Lost a customer.

We called for lunch and had great service. We ordered papadillas. They were good. Better than expected. Delivery was quick and staff was friendly!

Horrible Customer service I received wings cold near the bone I had a Credit that I wasn’t able to use because by the time I wanted to order everyone played crazy or should I say forgetful. Another experience they took 29 off my card the website displayed a error message stating my card info was invalid thé store didn’t see my order and was nonchalant about how my family and I would eat dinner that day. I will not spend my money at a place that doesn’t value my business or provide the same respect and courtesy that I give. I may have to spend more at other pizza places but my pleasure.

The staff have serious hygiene issues and lots of uncovered hair which they like to touch. Beard scratching. Reminds me of a locker room.
