Papa Johns Pizza, Lake Jackson TX

Love the pizza but did not like the delivery. I have cameras and Ring with notifications. I’m very aware when someone comes close to my home. The delivery person made a negative comment about being here for a while…I ordered the pizza 33 minutes before it was delivered.

There was an employee there that had an attitude to someone just sitting in a parking lot nowhere near the store. That employee went out of their way to harass that person and called the cops on them. If this is how they treat just some random person in the parking lot, I would never want to work there, nor would I order from there ever again given the way they treat others.

Normally papajohns is our favorite but today I was sorely disappointed. My order was made way too early. 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up. I was finishing up at a school event and purposely ordered it to be picked up at 6. It was done at 5: 37. So it sat. I asked why they made it so early and they said beacause they were slow and they felt like making it early They forgot my extra sauce cups. And when I got home my pizza was not only cold it was dry and burned. The crust was so hard on the cheese pizza. This was honestly the worst pizza I've ever had from papajohns.

Best Pizza ever. It takes a little longer but well worth the wait. My Hubby and I drove up and got Pizza in L J. Our kids were wanting to see us before they left for home. They had to have Pizza too. They turned down the ice cream for your Pizza. Two more pizzas plus our pizza. Everyone enjoyed their pizza.

Last 2 times we've order pizza, our order has been messed up. Time before last they made the pizza incorrectly (waited an additional 35 mins for them to make again). Second time, they thought the order was "messed up", and apparently one of the employees ate the pizza. I usually give places the benefit of the doubt, but come on. It's literally pizza. Please get it together Papa Johns.

Was about to go order. Could hear screaming between two of the regular employees. Absolute mess of a shouting match. Swears, slurs, you name it, i Took my business elsewere. Also. Not the first time Ive had issues with the manager with the glasses either.bad place bad employees.

I recently ordered pizza for my children and it was $28.12. Someone (not sure if it was the driver or someone else) fraudulently put $40 as my total when I NEVER wrote that. Not only will I not order from there anymore but I will definitely make people aware that this is happening. If you have to fraudulently put in a tip then you may need to find another job. Poor customer service and no honesty AT ALL!

Has been a while since I tried this location. Seems to have gotten worse. After 5 m8nutes trying to get the address correct (I know where I live) I couldn't take the ignorance anymore. Will wait another couple years before I try again.

Hiring manager asked me to return for interview. Upon arrival, She could not make eye contact with candidate. Her words are shaky and concluded interview poorly when asked for other opportunities at Lake Jackson.
She couldn't look me in the eyes ysay Thank You.
