Papa John's Pizza, Houston TX

I ordered i pizza today with a 2 litter pepsi and the guy that delivered it didn't give me the pepsi and kept my money for my 30$ order.

Normally I have a good experience here but today the customer service when picking up a pizza was horrible. I even had a mask on so not sure why they were so rude.

Pizza never showed up. Tried calling the store multiple times and they never picked up. Tried reordering my pizza 2 more times and they cancelled both orders. Very upset. Don’t waste your time ordering from here.

Very very unprofessional, they blame the customers for their mistakes. I will not be surprise if they spit or mess with your pizza before delivering it to you. Be careful!

Good customer service and the girl at the retired was very polite. Just or future reference, store hours are for delivery only, carryout closes at 10.

Very bad customer service, they put you on hold for 5min without saying we are sorry for waiting and the girl was just so rude. Will never call this place never. And the pizza is always very dry burnt also.

The food quality was good but the delivery guys service was awful, disrespectul and he called me to go get my order from his car! He sat there and waved at me to come to him. I talked to the manager Karla and told her about the inappropriate comments he made, wont be ordering from here again.

I like papa johns alot.but this papa johns is no good. I travel to the one on hwy 6 better quality food and better service:).

Worst pizza I have ever tasted! Apart from the pizza tasting bad they send you what they want not what you ordered and paid extra for! First and last time I ever order from here!

Um never got the order, the order estimated time was 4: 05 and It was still " packing " at 4: 30 what a joke.

I wish I would have read the reviews first! It's been 2 hours and I'm still waiting for the pizza to arrive. How do you explain to a hungry 3 year old still waiting on the pizza to arrive. Never ordering pappa John's at all

I ordered a pan pizza and did not see what I got before the delivery guy left, i got burnt pizza. I called to complain about it and I waited another 45 min. I wish i read the reviews first before ordering. Never again.

We consistently have problems with this location. I don't know why I kept ordering from here but it's definitely the last time. About 50% of the time they forget something I paid extra for. Last time they switched a part of our order with a different one. Not a big deal, but when we called, the manager told us "so what do you want? You want us to bring your original order back? " Um.yeah. An HOUR later they brought our food back cold and we were offered nothing to compensate. I get it, you can't hand out everything for free, but the least we could have gotten was a coupon.

They are late a LOT. I know traffic is bad in my area, but don't say 30 minutes if it's gonna be an hour.

I see all these bad reviews and I get it's a franchise so it's not 100% on PJ themselves, but dude.realize that this specific branch is tarnishing your company's name.

Pizza is medium cold wings cold never got my blue cheese n I played double.not the first time but best believe it's the last time.upset angry n I gave the guy a freaked tip.

Worse experience So Far. I Order Continously From Papa Johns And I’m Not Pleased At All. My 2 large Pizzas Was Ordered At 2: 35 it’s 5: 19 I called and asked about my pizza and they say there was no order placed. So now I have to call and Order over? This Is BS.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a half cheese half veggie MEDIUM pizza which medium is 11.99 and I paid 20 dollars for a medium. The girl on the phone could’ve told me they have a deal for a large two topping for 18 and I would’ve done that instead. The girl on the phone Darlyn asked for my name and on my pizza box sticker it literally just says “brartfdiy” when I came in to pick up she asked for my name and then couldn’t find it and asked for my number instead.

Order said delivery would be 37-47 minutes, it took 80 minutes to arrive. Pizza was Luke warm.

I ordered a thin crust *well done* pizza, it was still under-cooked.

Update:

After I left my review, I received a coupon in the mail for a free medium pizza. I love Papa John's, I love Papa John's even more for trying to rectify my issues with this location. Just to be clear, my issue is with this location, not Papa John's generally.

For my free medium pizza, the order said it would take 25-35 minutes to be delivered. It took 46 minutes. Again, I ordered it well done. Again, the pizza was undercooked. The center had a clear gooey dough. I think they interpret "well done" to mean cooking at a higher temperature when they should be cooking the pizza for more time to ensure thoroughness.

Pizza was over 30 minutes late. Manager was rude on the phone and could not tell me when my pizza would arrive. Pizza was barely warm. Driver didn't apologize or have any excuse as to why. These people are terrible. Not sure what's happened over these past couple weeks but they need to get it together or fire some people at this location. Worst pizza experience in quite a while. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to me ordering, I would have bypassed these people altogether. You guys suck!

Worst papa johns employes.i recommend they hire new people and new management for a better service.please do not order here.you will be wasting your time.find a different location.

Y'all working Rosemarie ofesi is the best we love her she is awesome she need to get a higher pay she is a awesome manager she fix problems she active with the customers just a great person
