Papa John's Pizza, Arlington TX

What's the point of being able to set a pickup time if they're going to make your food early anyway? Picking up your pizza and finding out its cold when you get home isn't fun.

I order online for my worker guys, I ordered and they dont have delivery until an hour later, ok that's fine. But passed the delivery time for like 15 mins, so I called, but no one pick up the phone is keep me on hold for another good 15 mins: 0 still no one pick and I'm about to head out to ask then they finally show up for delivery, so take them an hour to make pizza + extra 30 mins delaye8d -. -

Pizza delivered almost an hour past original ETA, when we called the store at 20min past original ETA it was clear that the pizza was forgotten about and the delivery driver delivered it after we notified the store.after dropping off another order first. I’ve had luke warm pizzas delivered, not completely COLD ones. When we called back to complain Sarah cussed at us and said she was done with the f-ing job.

We got a refund but we also spent the night throwing up and that’s why this review is being sent at 4am. If you’re thinking about ordering here just go with another brand in the area because this location is just not good at all right now and it’s just a health concern at this point.

This Papa John's is great. Phone your order in as the online (corporate) option will annoy most by countless upsell options. Too bad for this franchise owner and staff that they are stuck with poor web site design and lots of recent bad press.

My pizza is ALWAYS messed up when I order delivery from this location. Looks like it was turned upside down and the toppings are always wrong too lol. Other part is delivery people never show me the pizza when delivering it. Soon as I hand the receipt back they run to their car so I can never tell em the pizza is screwed up. Fml I guess

If I could give this place a zero star I would! Absolutely worst customer service ever! I had a coupon that they refused to honor. I said it doesn’t have a coupon code and the manager or shift lead looked at me and said I can see that. Then proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t honor my coupon. I work in customer service and this is not the way you do business. You do what you need to make the customer happy. I will probably NEVER eat or order from a papa Johns again!

Unprofessional management beyond ever I’ve experienced. Deliver times were untrue. We’ve been ordering from them for the past four years. Never ever again. (FYI, from one who has worked in management & dealt with the public since 15. I’m 31. They’re not worth it.

This is the third time that this has happened in a row. Ordered pizza with no meat and all those three times there has been meat. Sent two emails and called once. It is not hard to have meat and veggies separated. Did not spend my money that I only get 12 an hour working for to have it spent on crapp ass pizza with meat. Bought this not only for me but for my family as well. This place used to be good however it has gone low on standards now. Third time in a row for a same customers that is complete bs, even mellow mushroom have better pizza and they actually care that you don't eat meat and have separate veggie and meat.its not so damn hard. All of our pizza were meat free so I don't know how they would get meat on their hands, unless they were making someone else pizza that did had meat. This place will not get my money again and we are a good tippers.will only be using this place to get rid of our free rewards points.u

Been ordering from here for 8 years. I've never once been disappointed. Great food and a friendly staff.

Horrible service and food. My house is 3 miles from this location. Delivery took over an hour. Driver forgot part of the order and took another hour to go back and get it. Food was cold and not good at all.

Avoid this place at all costs. Ordered a pizza here, guy working the register handles my money and gives me change, then opens my pizza box, two pieces of pizza stick to the box lid and he takes his dirty hands and grabs the pieces, in front of me, and puts them back into the box with the other pieces. This is basic sanitation common sense, folks. The employee looked at me like I was crazy when I mentioned that he had just handled filthy money in the cash drawer. I'll never eat here again. EVER!

Nothing. We ordered a pizza at 6: 17 pm and they took our order for delivery. We waited an hour and when we called a message said they Were closed. Sorry way to run a business.

Their pretty good few mistakes now and then but they take my order right and any special order I have they add it on.

We ordered for our first time from Papa Johns on Cooper at Sublett in Arlington TX. It was delivered on time. We opened the box to discover a partially eaten pepper. This is also our last order from Papa Johns.

Tempted to give it one star, but I just walked in for some cheese dipping sauce. Bad customer service, the manager didn't even want to take the order.

Normally dont have issues with this location but the past few times it has been really crummy. Including wrong toppings, an order of garlic knots that were overcooked and the garlic oil spilled all over the inside of the box, dripping out onto the other pizza boxes making a mess, wrong dipping sauces, and a pan pizza that was still RAW and doughy in the middle.

If I could I'd give this place 0 stars! I begin to eat my pizza only to find a live bug crawling all over it! Not a small one either I might add. I'm not sure how to post the pics but this place is disgusting and I will be fighting for it to be shut down. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS KIND OF CARELESSNESS AND UNCLEANLINESS!

I've ordered from here a couple of times. Today will be the last time I do. They always forget my drinks. This time I didn't even get my receipt.
