Papa John's Pizza, Keller TX

Ordered 50$ of pizza, 1 hr 45 min latter it comes. Its cold and we had to microwave it so we could eat. I called the manager and he said its because they are so busy, so we have to eat 50$ of a cold dinner because they are busy? Il order from a different chain from now on. Good bye.

We have been eating Papa John’s pizza for years, but our last experience was horrible. Ordered The Works’ and may as well ordered a cheese pizza. Looking for another brand of pizza.

Over an hour to have my pizza delivered.
Once it did arrive pizza was cold.
Never ordering from them again

I've been here a hundred times and I will go a hundred more. This place is never a disappointment, no matter how long the wait is.

The manager on duty was very pleasant when I walked in to pick up my order. The store was clean and employees was nice. The transaction went smooth and was good for the price. This store is always great and is why I get my pizza from here. I asked the cook to put my wings in 2 times and he did no questions asked and they was phenomenal. I go into this store atleast once a week to get food for my family (pizza is my kids favorite) and it is always so hot in there. They all look super hot but still work hard. Yall should get that ac fixed, I know for sure it has not worked in over a month. Excellent store and keep up the good work

Ordered online about 30 minutes ago, husband is still sitting there waiting on his pizza while person after person comes in with their order not ready either. The staff keeps giving the same story about being slammed and it will be 15 more minutes. Order after order is being canceled including DoorDash. Poor management poor store will not return.

We were hungry for lunch. I saw papa johns or tv with this fili cheese steak pizza.we ordered one and they delivered quickly and it was hot and delicious.

We moved here recently from Colorado. In Colorado we always ordered from Papa Johns, from different locations, and it was always really good. We ordered from this location twice and both times to was extremely disappointing. The pizza just wasn’t good. I don’t know if they are using inferior products or not making the pizza correctly, but we no longer eat Papa Johns pizza. We are now making our own pizzas or getting Papa Murphys.

These guys are morons. Did an online order.they took my payment and then transferred it to another store. Well that store needed my new payment info.it’s like never mind we will stick with Dominos

I ordered pizza while at work on a few separate occasions. I love Papa John's pizza usually, but this was just horrible. The pizza got to me and wasn't hot, cheese looks as if was ever melted fully, and the quality of the toppings were disgusting. It seems as it if it didn't stay in the oven long enough. To make matters worse the driver asked for a tip after being very late.

My pizza arrived looking like the box had been dropped several times and the dipping sauce was missing.

This Papa John's has such great service. Their delivery team is made up of complete rock stars! They bring your pizza right from the oven, it comes super hot and its really good!

I ordered a hamburger pizza online. I picked it up and brought it to the house. The order was wrong. I received a cheese pizza. Went back and was amazed to here that store policy was no return, we can't add the topping, and cheese is what we have as your order. The pizza was terrible and I will not ever return. I was offered half off a second pizza witch is unacceptable! You were the one who was wrong!

We've been ordering pick-up for over a year now. Very friendly & efficient! Our pizza is always ready and hot & we love it! I always call them direct.

Mediocre pizza experience. Have used them 3-4 times and consistently had problems. Stopped using their services.

The pizza's use to be good but then they got really skimpy on the ingredients. I have complained to management but nothing has changed. Hello management, quality will keep you in business, not sad looking, skimpy toppings on your expensive pizza. We want the quality back.

The pizza was pretty good however after almost breaking my tooth on something hard I won't be orfering from there anymore. My grandson said it looked like a piece of old ham (we ordered ham on it) and it was like a fossil.sharp edges and very hard! My tooth area hurt for 2 days. Don't know why I didn't call them and take it back up there.

They messed up our order and we had to wait for the 2nd pizza.they gave us both for free for the "hassle. " I was ok with waiting and wasn't even expecting it to be free. Great customer service.

In West Michigan, 'John's favorite' is ALWAYS the best pizza.obviously, that is not so at store #3398 in Keller. The pizza was terrible (really over cooked, not enough of the "six cheeses", minimal sausage, and little sauce) Also, the cashier seemed like I was bothering her asking for a bag and definitely no typical "have a nice evening".

I typically enjoy Papa Johns pizza, but when I ordered from location in Keller, I was absolutely disappointed. The pizza was completely burnt. The bottom of the crust was black and the cheese on top was extra crispy. There was barely any meat or sauce on it. I was very dissatisfied and will not be ordering Papa Johns EVER!
