Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza, North Richland Hills TX

I called to get curbside pick up due to a broken foot. I get there and they say I have to come in to pick up. No exceptions. Needless to say, I won't be back

Really enjoyed the pizza I ordered; loved the crust. I don’t care for red sauce and they have a couple of choices with different sauce and I really liked that. I will be a return customer.

Supper busy Christmas Eve - maybe a bit more training on how to handle a crowd while your working hard? Pizza was great as always!

I would rather eat Papa Murphy's Pizza than any brick-and-mortar store chain Pizza any day of the week. They're cowboy and a serving of cookie dough is all you need for a Sunday afternoon watching football. Their prices can't be beat and I love the fact that take and bake is a new Twist on Pizza. Keep up the good work guys.

Very disappointed in the customer service we received when trying to clarify with the manager why we were unable to use the online coupon though we met requirements and it was not expired. The manager kept insisting that it didn't work because it had already been used. But he was not correct.

When i walked in to pick up my pizza, They where spraying cleaner near the food. Health hazard. I think they need to train their employees not to spray near the food.

The cheese is the best part of a pizza, and their cheese just doesn't cut it. I'd rather get Domino's

We go in twice a month, always a headache. Will look for every reason not to honor a $3 coupon. Strange way to do business. Lots of competition. We're done.

The website will allow you to order online but past 7 PM the store does not receive online orders despite what their website says. As the employee told me “don’t waste your time ordering online”.

Last night was my first time eating Papa Murphy's, unfortunately it was also my last. I ate almost an entire smores pizza to myself and lord was it good, I ate the whole thing. I ended up swelling to the size of a balloon, and had to get to the hospital pretty quickly. This is the first thing I've found that I'm actually allergic too. I made sure to tell everyone how good the food was while I was in the hospital!

I ordered a pizza online, and I couldn’t change the order to vegetarian. So, I called the store after it opened. Would not give me a vegetarian option for my order, because they had been “making pizzas since 3am” and would not be able to do any custom orders. I already paid for the pizza, so i figured I might as well pick it up. Arrived after my scheduled pick up time, and still had to wait. Eventually, the employee at the register said “just give him one from the back. ” Not sure what that means, but I won’t be eating this pizza, or returning.
