Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza, Mansfield TX

I truly love this place and their customer service. So far we’ve only done delivery and have had a couple of hiccups but they’ve taken care of us even when the mistakes were not their fault…3rd party delivery. The quality has been fresh. Next time I’m going to do pick up so I can thank the staff in person for being stellar. Thank you!

On the drive home I call my husband who turns the oven on to 425 degrees. Remove the wrapper, pop it in, turn the pizza after 10 minutes.and enjoy. Wish everyday was LARGE pizza discountTuesday.

I ordered online and asked my son to pick up the food. I had ordered two items but the employees at the store only gave him one. He didn't realize I had ordered anything other than the pizza. I reached out to the owner and when he called me back, I wasn't available to speak to him, so he left me a voice mail. The message was basically "call me back if you want me to do anything to fix this for you". He sounded like he couldn't care less; I wonder why he even bothered to call. I guess he felt that the ball was in my court and he made no more effort to do anything. So, in terms of customer service, this place fumbled it pretty bad.

As for the food, I was disappointed in that as well. Most grocery stores sell unbaked pizzas in their deli section that are not frozen. Papa Murphy's tasted about like that. I could have gotten the same quality from Walmart for half the price.

This was my first and only visit to Papa Murphy's. The food was not worth the prices they are charging and the customer service was laughable. I can't imagine why I would ever go back.

Great service. Quick in & out. Love their cowboy & Hawaiian. Just need a PM closer to us. Waxahachie!

They have great thin crust "Papa's Favorite". It's my goto favorite pizza!

I’ve stopped coming to this location for various reasons, but I came in 3 times this past week, and let me just say your new manager is utterly AMAZING. Very friendly, very nice, such a peach! Service was amazing, pizza is made way better, you can just taste the freshness! People will literally walk in and she’d call them out by name, everyone greeted her as if they knew her personally! Your location WILL go places with her around.

My husband and I went in last week close to closing time (we live a little far away) and asked if we can still order. The gentleman at the register was extremely nice and did not hesitate to take our order. We unfortunately did not get his name but we do remember he was wearing a cap and had some tattoos on his neck and arms and he is from the West Coast.
We told him we are from Oregon and we started having a conversation while he made our pizza. Very nice. His customer service was some of the best we have received.
We definitely appreciated it. He made us feel welcome and we would like to let management at Papa Murphy's know that they have an amazing employee there and we will definitely make the drive there again because of him (and of course the awesome pizza). We need more people like him working in customer service!

I love the pizza here, it is my go to pizza place. However, I have not gotten pizza at least 3 or 4 times because the coupon I got in my email would not work. So frustrating. I put in my order and the coupon doesn't work, so I just shut my bowser. Do better.

I'm not sure but the second go-around with Papa Murphy's did not go as expected. I got the extra large New York style pizza, two of them. And when I bake them for some reason the center of the pizza would not bake properly. I left it in for a few more minutes to try to get it to set but it burnt the pizza.
I will still be going back to Papa Murphy's to get my pizza. So don't let this experience turn you away from going there.

Terrible service. Did not know what a veterans discount was. Wouldn't tell me the status of my rewards. Walked out.

I ordered a sausage and Pepperoni pizza and half Mushrooms Peppers half Sausage and Spinach. Garlic bread. Only disappointed that I had to bake it myself didn't pay attention to the directions but at least I was able to eat it right from the oven hot and fresh!
