Great experience- got a 7/8 foot tree for $220 and tree stand for $40. Service was helpful and did all the tying onto the car.

Two years and going strong! Not only are the staff super nice, but these trees last a long while AND are bushy to boot! It’s super easy to fill the tree with as many decorations as you need.

Absolutely wonderful Christmas trees! They have the cutest reindeer and showmen you can buy.

I’ve been purchasing trees with delivery for the past 3 years from Papa Noel. This year’s delivery had some hiccups and I was worried that calling after hours to try and resolve the situation was going to get me nowhere. I was wrong. Beau promptly called me back, even though they were closed, took time to understand the situation and find a solution together. He even connected me with a manager, Johnny, from a different location to provide timely support while the location was short staffed. I’m beyond impressed with the customer service I’ve received from Papa Noel’s management. The folks at the lot are always helpful and friendly.
They could have easily refunded my money and got me out of their hair. Instead, they made sure the problem was solved to my satisfaction. Forever a Papa Noel customer.

Mike at this location is awesome. Every place in Austin had very low on stock (short trees) and he was extremely helpful. He called around and found what the stock was at other locations and then called me back to update me throughout the day. Towards the end of the day he found us the size of tree we were looking for. The next day, Mike went the extra step in reaching out to me asking where I had seen other available trees. This man sold out of his trees and wanted to help others find one from other companies. That’s a good guy in my book.
