We first started with a repair to the bathroom at our rental property - his prices was more the competitive and they are very quick to get small project repairs done that others might put off.
Since then, we have been working with Papassan to do various tasks around our new house that were left unfinished by our original builder. They were able to get creative to fix issues that have been plaguing us for a solution for months! They were flexible with adding things as there are always new items to add once you get started. We also had some custom pull shelves installed that are a lifesaver for our very deep cabinets - pricing was very competitive and I was able to get exactly what I wanted not choose from stock options that didn't match the cabinets. They also used some leftover wood that we had to really finish out the unfinished space in our kitchen. It was such a refreshing experience to get input into the finished project instead of being rushed through.

I had a great experience with Dylan and Gio for my recent handyman services! They helped me with various tasks like installing curtains, hanging items on my walls, and handling more complex jobs like installing outlets, removing shelving, installing cabinets, and texturing walls.

They paid attention to detail and were precise in their work. Dylan and Gio not only had exceptional skills but also were friendly and professional throughout. I felt confident in their abilities from start to finish. I also liked that their pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprise fees.

I highly recommend Dylan and Gio for any handyman services. They're a great team that went above my expectations. If you need reliable, skilled, and friendly professionals, they're the ones to call!

I have used this company for a couple of years. I find they do quality work and are reliable.

I bought my house in Austin via Papasan realty and got referral to Papasan home services through them. Their hourly rates in September 2023 are $90/person or $155/2 person team.

Pro
- they came via reference, as trusty worthy.
- they were responsive when scheduling
- they could unload the POD and assemble the bed properly and in good time.

Cons
- poor workman ship and problem solving - changing a lock took 3-4 attempts to get it right, blamed the lock, the company, finally when they got it right in 4th attempt, Gip accepted his fault. Kitchen Vent work was botched, hanging honey comb blinds was botched - 3/7 blinds installed don't fit. The drape hanging was done via eye balling and wasn't level.difference of 1inch between two sides
- bad work ethic - they were hired hourly but kept taking other project calls and disrupting each other vs being focused.
- extremely poor communication - When I told Dylan about botched job, he was defensive vs apologetic. Wrote a loooong text lecturing me vs.offering to correct on their own dime.
- Non punctual - didn't arrive on time, either of the two days.

Net/net - hire them for low skill job if you are willing to pay their rate. But think twice before hiring them for hourly or high skill job. They may get it right, but it would take them long time and you won't get anything done in time.

After 2 days of their continued botched work I fired them and hired folks from Thumtack with good reviews. Oh, what a relief.rate ranging rom $30-$100/hr but boy, they were skilled. The guy who fixed the vent job, knew exactly what to do and same for others.

Dylan and Gio did a great job repairing my wall and having my floor replaced! Could not recommend them more highly!

Just to highlight, I would give the Papasan Home Service team a 10-star rating for doing an outstanding job preparing my house for sale. They (Dylan & crew) were very professional, polite, very experienced and knowledgeable in what needed to be done to make the house ready for viewing. They provided welcoming ideas on what needed to be done based on their experience. Since I was remote they provided before and after pictures and videos. The quote they provided was very detailed and they were easy to work with in regards to scheduling. They arrived when they said they would, did what they said they'd do, and effectively communicated with us throughout the job. They also welcomed suggestions given by the realtor on a few upgrades. I would recommend their service and would definitely hire them again!

Used them several times on a multitude of projects inside and out. LOVE THESE GUYS! Professional, and beautiful work every time! Won't disappoint!

I had a great experience with Papasan Home Services. My neighbors had used them and recommended them. I received a call shortly after my initial inquiry, and Dylan came out to diagnose the problem. He was very professional, and presented me several options. I never felt like he tried to upsell or convince me I needed additional repairs. Two days later, the work was completed, and it was completed correctly.

Just to highlight, I would give the Papasan Home Service team a 5-star rating for doing an outstanding job remodeling a bathroom vanity. They (Dylan & Glenn) were very professional, polite, very experienced and knowledgeable of the various trades (repairing sheet-rock, painting, plumbing, etc) involved.
The quote they provided was competitive and they were easy to work with in regards to scheduling. They arrived when they said they would, did what they said they'd do, and effectively communicated with us throughout the job, as needed. We would recommend their service and would definitely hire them again!
